Abstract

La invención se refiere a una transmisión de embrague doble (1) para vehículos de motor que tiene un primer eje de entrada y un segundo eje de entrada, dos embragues (2, 3), preferentemente embragues de fricción, por medio de los cuales el primer eje de entrada y el segundo eje de entrada pueden acoplarse de manera selectiva al motor (4), dos ejes intermedios (13, 14) dispuestos de forma paralela a los ejes de entrada de la transmisión, pares de ruedas dentadas que comprenden ruedas fijas y ruedas de rotación libre, de los cuales una primera rueda dentada está dispuesta sobre uno de los ejes de entrada y una segunda rueda dentada está dispuesta sobre uno de los ejes intermedios (13, 14), dispositivos de acople, por medio de los cuales las ruedas de rotación libre puede conectarse selectivamente con relación al eje respectivo, y una rueda dentada de salida respectiva (21, 26) dispuesta sobre cada uno de los dos contraejes (13, 14). Una transmisión de este tipo debe configurarse de tal modo que puedan hacerse posibles una gran cantidad de revoluciones, sin aumentar las dimensiones de la transmisión y el peso de la misma. De acuerdo con la invención, este objetivo se logra en virtud del hecho de que una rueda dentada de salida (21, 26) sobre el eje intermedio está representada como una rueda de rotación libre y puede estar conectada para la rotación conjunta con el eje intermedio (13, 14) de la misma por medio de un dispositivo de acople (22, 27).
