Abstract

Se proporciona un rallador de alimentos de agujero abierto. Un agujero es creado en la cuchilla de manera que un ángulo de corte se forma con el plano de la superficie de corte y el punto en el cual la misma se reúne con el agujero. Este diseño del rallador de alimentos de orificio abierto no solo aumenta la eficiencia del rallado de alimentos permitiendo el uso del mismo en dos direcciones de corte, este también elimina todas las protuberancias del plano de la superficie de corte. Esto reduce considerablemente cualquier oportunidad de que un usuario se corte al entrar en contacto con el plano de la superficie de corte del alimento del rallador.
