Abstract
La presente invención se dirige a polipéptidos que proporcionan epítopos de célula T que proporcionan uno o más epítopos de células T CD8+ a la vía de presentación de CHM de clase I de una célula, incluyendo polipéptidos derivados de toxinas que comprenden epítopos de células T incrustados y son desinmunizados.
