Abstract

Se divulga un montaje de soporte del motor que comprende un soporte del motor 50, un larguero lateral 10 y una ménsula 20 dispuesta entre el soporte del motor 50 y el larguero lateral 10. La ménsula 20 tiene una primera porción asegurada al larguero lateral 10 debajo del soporte del motor y al menos una porción en voladizo que sobresale en un extremo más allá de la primera porción. La porción en voladizo define un punto de anclaje para la unión del soporte del motor que está espaciado del larguero lateral de manera tal que la porción del larguero lateral debajo del punto de anclaje pueda sufrir una deformación controlada en el caso de una colisión de vehículos de extremo frontal.
