Abstract

The present disclosure is related to a method for the production of humic acids originated from the jatrhopha curcas husk, through a batch reactor for the lignin oxidation process, with appropriate pressure and temperature conditions, in order to obtain a high percentage of humic acids in the final product, obtaining also a minimum waste and loss of solids. The invention is important because from the jatrhopha curcas husk, an alternative is proposed to provide added value to organic waste from the oil extraction process.
