Abstract
Se describen técnicas para la evaluación de una condición de un tejido y su diagnóstico, evaluando la prognosis o el riesgo de condiciones patológicas. La técnica puede comprender un módulo de adquisición de imágenes adaptado para recibir una imagen que comprende al menos una parte de tejido animal o humano, un módulo de delineación adaptado para indicar una zona de análisis en dicha imagen adquirida, un módulo de extracción de elementos adaptado para extraer información cuantitativa de dicha zona de análisis y un módulo de aprendizaje automatizado adaptado para recibir dicha información extraída y aplicar al menos un algoritmo de detección para evaluar una condición de dicho tejido. El módulo extractor de elementos puede comprender al menos un módulo de compensación de giro para compensar el giro de la zona de análisis.
