Abstract

Ventajosamente, el montaje de eslabón de mando de compensación: permite el acceso a los sujetadores previamente inalcanzables debido a, por ejemplo las roscas protuberantes, los huelgos limitados y las obstrucciones; hace que los dispositivos prácticos previamente inutilizables se impulsen de manera ya sea eléctrica, hidráulica, manual y/o neumática; hace posible los materiales avanzados previamente inutilizables, como, por ejemplo aluminio de grado aeronáutico; crea componentes modulares, como, por ejemplo, bujes impulsores de reducción y de aumento hexagonal, adaptadores impulsores macho a hembra, cumple con las características de aplicación de pernos; produce la multiplicación exacta y adaptable del esfuerzo de torsión; controla la aplicación de la fuerza impulsora y de la fuerza de reacción; supera la corrosión y la deformación de la rosca y del área interior; evita la excoriación de la rosca de perno; anula la carga lateral; asegura la carga de perno equilibrada para la compresión de unión simétrica; simplifica la conexión y el uso de la herramienta; minimiza el riesgo de error de operador; y maximiza la seguridad de empernado.
