Abstract
Un método para fundir material metálico (s) en una planta de fundición que comprende al menos un horno de arco eléctrico (11) con al menos una coraza (13) adentro de la cual se introduce dicho material metálico y un mecanismo de alimentación (12) para cargar dicho material metálico (s) adentro de dicha coraza (13), dicho método que comprende al menos una fase de carga de dicho material metálico (s) adentro de dicha coraza (13) por medio de dicho mecanismo de alimentación (12), una fase de fundición en la cual dicho material metálico (s) se funde, y una subsecuente fase de colada durante la cual el metal fundido se cuela.
