Abstract

La presente invención se equipa con un mecanismo (10) de relación de compresión variable que cambia una relación de compresión del motor de combustión interna dependiendo de la posición rotacional de un primer eje (14) de control, y un accionador que cambia y mantiene la posición rotacional del primer eje (14) de control. Un mecanismo de acoplamiento que acopla el accionador y el primer eje (14) de control tiene una palanca (24) acoplada al primer eje (14) de control. La punta de una parte (25) de brazo que se extiende radialmente hacia afuera desde el centro del primer eje (14) de control y un extremo de la palanca (24) se acoplan de manera giratoria mediante un primer perno (26) de conexión. Al menos al haberse ajustado a la relación de compresión más alta, el primer perno (26) de conexión se sumerge por debajo de un nivel (a1) de aceite del cárter (6) de aceite.
