Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para proporcionar servicios de disponibilidad por la coordinación entre calendarios, que comprende las etapas de: a) dividir cada calendario en cubos de tiempo de manera que cada calendario está representado como una secuencia cronológica de escalas de tiempo uniformes (por ejemplo, en una forma tipo cinta); b) definir cada cubo en cada calendario específico de acuerdo con uno de los siguientes estados de disponibilidad: libre, ocupado o pendiente; c) permitiendo al usuario enviar datos que representan una invitación a un evento o uno o más contactos para aprobación, y cuando una invitación de uno o más contactos se ha aprobado, abrir un "cuarto privado" seguro e importar al "cuarto privado" el horario de cada contacto aprobado en una manera confidencial, de manera que cada horario de cada contacto incluye datos que representan únicamente sus estados de disponibilidad, en donde todos los contactos aprobados incluyendo el usuario se definen como asistentes del evento; d) en el "cuarto privado" asegurado, buscando todos los horarios importados simultáneamente para encontrar al menos una opción de cubos de tiempo combinados disponibles comunes entre todos los asistentes que se definen como cubos de tiempo de estados "libre", o secuencias u otras combinaciones de estado "libre" entre todos los asistentes, y considerando todos los términos como se dan por los asistentes y los datos del evento, incluyendo diferencias de tiempo entre todos los asistentes y el tiempo de viaje aproximado de cada asistente; y e) ajustar los cubos de tiempo compartibles libres con los ocupados, ya sea automáticamente o después de ser aprobado por los asistente, incluyendo el tiempo de viaje aproximado para la reunión/evento para cada aistente.
