Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a nuevas composiciones X que comprenden las siguientes sustancias: (1) L-valina; (2) maltol; (3) naringina; (4) maltodextrina MD 14 (5) goma arábiga (goma de atomización); (6) acetoína; (7) delta dodecalactona; (8) delta decalactona; y (9) massoia lactona; al uso de las composiciones X para modificar, enmascarar, reducir y/o suprimir un sabor anormal, resabio o dulzura persistente desagradables de al menos un edulcorante, intensificador de dulzura o producto consumible; y a un procedimiento para la preparación de las composiciones X; además, la invención se refiere a composiciones edulcorantes que comprenden al menos un edulcorante y las nuevas composiciones X; a un método para proporcionar composiciones edulcorantes o de intensificador de dulzura; a métodos para modificar, enmascarar, reducir y/o suprimir un sabor anormal, resabio o dulzura persistente desagradables de al menos un edulcorante o intensificador de dulzura; y a composiciones edulcorantes de mesa que comprenden las nuevas composiciones X; la invención se refiere también a composiciones de producto consumible que comprenden un producto consumible y las nuevas composiciones X; a métodos para modificar, enmascarar, reducir y/o suprimir un sabor anormal, resabio o dulzura persistente desagradables de una composición de producto consumible; y a métodos para impartir un sabor rico a un producto consumible.
