Abstract

Proveer un método novedoso para producir un compuesto de isotiocianato que tiene un grupo o grupos carboxilo a partir del compuesto de amino correspondiente que tiene un grupo o grupos carboxilo; un método para producir un compuesto de isotiocianato que tiene un grupo o grupos carboxilo y está representado por la fórmula (2); y el método comprende hacer reaccionar un compuesto de amino que tiene un grupo o grupos carboxilo y está representado por la fórmula (1) (en donde A es, por ejemplo, un grupo hidrocarburo aromático de C614 o un grupo hidrocarburo saturado de C1..12, y B es, por ejemplo, un enlace sencillo, un grupo hidrocarburo aromático de C6..14 o un grupo hidrocarburo saturado de C1..12), en un solvente, con disulfuro de carbono (CS2) y después con un halógeno como una sustancia simple. (ver fórmula).
