Abstract
Se proporcionan un método para reafilar una herramienta en forma de gusano de barril para llevar a cabo el reafilado de una herramienta en forma de gusano de barril formada para rectificar la cara de un diente de un engrane interno con precisión, el aparato reafilador, y la máquina rectificadora de engranes internos. Para este propósito, un reafilador discoidal en forma de disco (13) se hace engranar con una rueda rectificadora en forma de gusano de barril (12) que tiene su diámetro incrementándose gradualmente desde las dos porciones extremas en la dirección axial de la misma hacia la porción media de la misma y usada para rectificar un engrane interno (11). La rueda rectificadora en forma de gusano de barril (12) se hace girar alrededor de un eje de giro o rotación de la herramienta (B) colocado en un ángulo de eje predeterminado (A1) con un eje de rotación o giro de trabajo vertical (C1) para el engrane internó (11) El reafilador discoidal (13) se hace girar alrededor de un eje de rotación o giro del reafilador (D), estando el reafilador discoidal (13) colocado en un ángulo que es igual a un ángulo de la hélice del engrane interno (11). Mientras la rueda rectificadora en forma de gusano de barril (12) y el reafilador discoidal (13) se engranen entre sí y giren, la rueda rectificadora en forma de gusano de barril (12) y el reafilador discoidal (13) se hacen revolucionar uno con respecto al otro dentro de un plano horizontal.
