Abstract

La instalación comprende, combinar en uno y en el mismo rack (6): - una estación de recepción (11), una estación de empaquetado de caja (12), - una cabeza de manipulación (13) diseñada para tomar un lote de productos el cual se presenta en forma de una fila para tal estación de recepción (11) y para transferirla a tal estación de empaquetado de caja (12) en una fila de celdas (4) de la caja o cajas para llenarse, - la estructura (14) para manejar la orientación de los productos (1) a la entrada de las celdas (4), la estructura (14), que comprende una parrilla (22), la cual se extiende longitudinalmente sobre las cajas (2). La parrilla (22) es proporcionada con un número de embudos (15) colocados en una línea y el número de los cuales corresponde al número de celdas (4) en cada fila de la caja o cajas (2) para llenarse y cada parrilla (22) es movible, por un lado, verticalmente por encima de tales cajas (2) entre una posición retraída el cual permite el paso de las cajas (2) y una posición en la cual tales embudos (15) se encuentran en posición activa al canal para conducir cada producto hacia su celda (4) y, por otro lado, transversalmente relativa a la dirección de desplazamiento de las cajas (2) para llenar cada fila de celdas (4), una después de otra. La sección de la entrada de los embudos (15) es alrededor de dos veces la de las celdas (4) a llenarse.
