Abstract
Se proporciona un eliminador de juego entre dientes capaz de eliminar el juego entre dientes con poca pérdida, disminuyendo la fuerza de eliminación del juego entre dientes para reducir la fricción y generación de calor. El eliminador de juego entre dientes comprende un eje de entrada (15) acoplado a un motor de accionamiento (20) y que tiene un engranaje impulsor (52); un eje de salida (14) fijado a un engranaje (W), como un objeto para ser cortado, y que tiene un engranaje conducido (42); y un eje intermedio estático (16) y un eje intermedio móvil (17) dispuestos en paralelo al eje de entrada y eje de salida, y engranajes intermedios grandes que tienen (62, 72), engranándose con el engranaje impulsor (52), y engranajes intermedios pequeños (63, 73), engranándose con el engranaje conducido (42), y comprenden además una válvula reguladora alternante (31) para prensar el eje intermedio móvil (17) en dirección axial de modo que un torque para la eliminación del juego entre dientes de lado de la salida (Ts) entre el engranaje conducido (42) y el engranaje intermedio pequeño (73) actúe en la misma dirección que la dirección de la generación de un torque de carga cortante (Tw), generado en dirección circunferencial del engranaje (W) durante el trabajo a máquina del engranaje (W).
