Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para elaborar una lámina de acero galvanizada tratada con fosfato, que incluye formar una película de fosfato sobre la superficie de una capa galvanizada de una lámina de acero galvanizada usando una solución de tratamiento de fosfato que contiene Zn2 y Mg2 para satisfacer 2.0 < Zn2 < 5.0 g/l, 2.0 < Mg < 5.0 gIl, y 0.4 < Mg2/Zn2 < 2.5, y satisfacer 0.020 < acidez libre/acidez total < 0.10. El método de elaboración permite la rápida formación de una película de fosfato uniforme, por medio de la cual se obtiene una lámina de acero galvanizada tratada con fosfato que tiene una excelente resistencia a la corrosión y resistencia al oscurecimiento.
