Abstract

Una composicion en forma de particulas ingerible comprende: a. un alginato y/o acido alginico; b. un bicarbonato y/o carbonato; c. Un acido organico; y d. un aglomerante, que es un compuesto tal como un poliol de bajo peso molecular, el cual permite a la composicion en forma de particulas fluir aunque sustancialmente no libere particulas finas en el aire. Las composiciones en forma de particulas resultantes tienen caracteristicas de flujo, supresion de polvo, propiedades organolepticas y estabilidad excelentes. Son muy adecuadas para administracion directo en la boca de un paciente, e ingestion para aliviar condiciones esofagicas y gastricas.
