Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a retenedor de engranajes mejorado de eje motor de transmisión, del tipo que se usa en una transmisión del tipo que tiene una flecha principal, al menos dos engranes flotantes de flecha principal rodeando dicha flecha principal en relación espaciada, axial entre sí, una pluralidad de contraflechas que tienen engranes de contraflecha que sostienen engranes de flecha principal e impulsando dichos engranes de flecha principal a diferentes velocidades de rotación, medios de empuje dispuestos entre los engranes de flecha principal y operativos para transmitir empuje axial de ellos a la flecha principal, y medios de embrague operativos selectivamente para embragar dichos engranes de flecha principal a dicha flecha principal uno a la vez, donde las mejoras están caracterizadas por dichos medios de empuje provistos de: cada uno de dichos engranes de flecha principal teniendo una pestaña que se extiende hacia la flecha principal y teniendo superficies de empuje de sus lados opuestos mirando en una dirección a lo largo de la flecha principal; una primera roldana de empuje que rodea la flecha principal entre las respectivas pestañas de engrane de flecha principal; una segunda roldana de empuje que rodea la flecha principal adyacente a la superficie de empuje de roldana de uno de dichos engranes de flecha principal mirando alejándose del otro de dichos engranes de flecha principal; una tercera roldana de empuje rodeando la flecha principal adyacente a la superficie de empuje de roldana del otro de dichos engranes de flecha principal lejos de dicho engrane de flecha principal; medios para asegurar dichas roldanas de empuje primera, segunda y tercera a la flecha principal para rotación simultánea con ella y para permitir que se transmita empuje axial de la primera roldana de empuje a la flecha principal; y dichas roldanas de empuje primera, segunda y tercera espaciadas axialmente entre sí una distancia predeterminada para permitir que los engranes de flecha principal respectivos giren con relación a ella cuando ninguno de ellos está embragado a la flecha principal y para permitir que uno de dichos engranes de flecha principal gire con relación a las roldanas de empuje primera, segunda y tercera, cuando el otro engrane de flecha principal está embragado a la flecha principal; y para permitir que la superficie de empuje de pestaña que mira hacia dicha primera roldana de empuje del engrane de flecha principal particular que está siendo embragado a la flecha principal para vincular con ella y transmitir empuje axial a la flecha principal a través de los medios para asegurar la primera roldana de empuje a ella.
