Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un metodo para mejorar la unión de particulados micáceos a películas resinosas en composiciones de revestimiento, caracterizado porque se tratan las partículas en un ambiente acuoso ácido con un compuesto de modificación superficial, que tiene la fórmula: donde R1, R2 y R3 pueden ser iguales o diferentes y se seleccionan de: alquilo con uno a diez átomos de carbono, alcoxilo con uno a diez átomos de carbono, alcoxilalcoxilo con dos a diez átomos de carbono, alcanoiloxi con dos a diez átomos de carbono o halógeno, con la condición que R1, R2 y R3 no sean todos alquilo; R5 se selecciona de poliones que tienen al menos un grupo hidroxilo y polioles bloqueados donde los grupos hidroxilo están bloqueados por grupos protectores de hidroxilo y posteriormente secar las partículas.
