Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a procdimiento para la puesta en marcha de una instalación de colada contínua múltiple, especialmente para la colada suplementaria de fusión de acero desde un recipiente intermediario en varias coquillas de colada contínua por medio de cierres de colada regulables, circunstancia en la cual un nivel de llenado nominal de la fusión se mantiene dentro de un tramo de medición y las colodas contínuas que se van formando pueden extraerse a velocidad igual de un grupo extractor en común (adicional a la patente P 34 32 611.1); caracterizado porque la conexión de un accionamiento de extracción de colada contínua (12 a 15) tiene lugar dentro del tramo de medición (9)después de alcanzar el plano de señalamiento inferior (21) de los niveles de llenado efectivo (20) de todas las coquillas (A,B,C) ó es producida por el nivel de llenado efectivo que llega primero al plano del señalamiento (22) y cada nivel de llenado efectivo (20) desde el plano de señalamiento inferior (21) a lo largo de una curva de subida predeterminada (40) es regulada dentro del nivel de llenado nominal (8).
