Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un cierre de garantía para recipientes, como botellas o similares, con un tapón de cierre de plástico, formado de tapón roscado, cuya camisa se une en la región de la circunferencia interior de la camisa, a través de almas desgarrables, a una banda de garantía, cuyo lado exterior en conexión a las almas, tiene una sección de pared, que s extiende oblícuamente hacia afuera y hacia abajo y que lleva en su lado interior, cuando menos un órgano retenedor, que se extiende en el espacio interior, delimitado por la banda de garantía y en el caso de un tapón de cierre atornillado, sobre la boca del recipiente, se mete por debajo de una saliente enclavadora anular, del recipiente que está montado por debajo de la rosca helicoidal del mismo, en que la banda de garantía, en su lado interior, tiene una escotadura circunferencial abierta hacia el extremo inferior de la banda de garantía y que se extiende fundamentalmente en sentido axial, desde cuya sección de pared superior se va alejando el órgano retenedor, caracterizado porque el órgano retenedor en corte exial, de manera por demás conocida, tiene caras internas y externas, extendidas paralelamemte, o porque el órgano retenedor en corte axial, tiene caras internas y externas, que van convergiendo hacia abajo, desde la sección de pared superior y de preferencia está configurado en triángulo, y porque la profundidad radial de la escotadura circunferencial, es cuando menos igual al ancho mayor del órgano retenedor en corte axial.
