Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a ensamble unitario para sellar un vástago de válvula en un motor de combustión interna, que se caracteriza porque en combinación consiste de un cuerpo cilíndrico que define un pasaje que tiene una superficie y una pestaña que se extiende radialmente adyacente a un extremo, dicho cuerpo está moldeado de un primer material plástico; un sello anular de un segundo material elastomérico recibido dentro, y asegurado a dicho cuerpo, dicho sello tiene una sección transversal generalmente irregular de cuatro superficies convexas que se alternan con una superficies cóncavas y dos rebordes dirigidos hacia adentro que definen dos superficies anulares de sello; y por lo menos un reborde circunferencial que acopla a una guía de válvula provisto en la superficie del pasaje adyacente a dicho extremo.
