Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la remoción selectiva de resinas sulfónicas extraibles de una solución acuosa de azúcar, tratada con una resina sulfonatada de intercambio de iones, caracterizada porque comprende los pasos de poner en contacto la solución de azúcar, después del tratamiento con la resina sulfonatada de intercambio de cationes, a una temperatura comprendida entre 20 grados C y 100 grados C, con una resina acrílica de intercambio de iones y en segunda separar la solución de azúcar de la resina intercambiadora de aniones.
