Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a unmétodo para prepara un complejo de agente de carbonatación estable seco que comprende: (a) mezclar un hidróxido, óxidos metálicos o sus mezclas con una solución de carbohidrato acuosa a una temperatura inferior a 25 grados C para formar un aducto de carbohidrato hidróxido metálico; (b) adicionar dióxido de carbono a la solución para reaccionar con el aducto y formar un complejo de carbihidrato/bicarbonato metálico en una solución; y luego (c) aislar el complejo de la solución mediante secado.
