Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la preparación de 3,5,6-tricloropiridina-2-ol a partir de cloruro de tricloroacetilo y acrilonitrilo es mejorado llevando a cabo los pasos individuales de adición, ciclización y aromatización por separado. Al separar estos pasos, es posible evitar que el agua y el HCl, que son derivados de estos últimos pasos, interfieran con los pasos anteriores. Los pasos del proceso individual también han sido mejorados.
