Abstract
The invention relates to the mechanical engineering for the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industry and may be used for fine grinding and obtaining of qualitative finely dispersed mixtures, emulsions, solutions, suspensions and creams. The disperser contains a body with admission and removal pipes, wherein there are coaxially placed working tools, one of them being rotatable and the other rigidly fixed into the body. Each working tool contains a pair of concentrically placed cylinders apiece and into their walls there are made slots, the amount thereof being divisible by six. The number of slots into the external cylinder of the rotatable working tool is one-half of the number of slots into its internal cylinder, and the number of slots in both cylinders of the rigidly fixed working tool is the same and constitutes 3/4 of the number of slots, executed into the internal cylinder of the rotatable working tool. Into the internal part of the rotatable working tool there are fixed radial blades, the peripherical edges of which are curved at an angle in a direction, opposite to its rotation. The size of the clearance between the curved part of the blade and the contiguous to it cylinder is equal to the size of the clearance between the cylinders, and the length of the curved part of the blade is equal to the distance between the adjacent slots into the contiguous cylinder. Onto the external surfaces of all cylinders and curved parts of the radial blades there are made longitudinal cuts of triangular section, the pitch and the height of which are equal to the size of the clearance between the cylinders. The result consists in the intensification of the mass transfer and in the formation of pulsatory hydrodynamic fluxes of the treated mixtures.
