Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, anume la selecţia plantelor.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că mediul nutritiv conţinând nitrat de amoniu, clorură de calciu dihidrat, etilendiamintetraacetat de sodiu, sulfat de fier heptahidrat, nitrat de potasiu, sulfat de magneziu heptahidrat, fosfat de potasiu monosubstituit, sulfat de zinc heptahidrat, acid boric, sulfat de mangan heptahidrat, sulfat de cupru pentahidrat, clorură de cobalt, molibdat de sodiu dihidrat, iodură de potasiu, mezoinozită, acid nicotinic, hidroclorură de piridoxină, hidroclorură de tiamină, pantotenat de calciu, acid folic, cianocobalamină, acid giberelic, chinetină, acid 3 -indolilacetic, acid naftilacetic, adenină, zaharoză, agar-agar şi apă, conţine suplimentar melongozidă în cantitate de 7,0… 8,0 mg/l.Rezultatul tehnic constă în majorarea numărului de embrioni viabili.
