Abstract

La présente invention concerne une matrice de moulage et de coulée de moyeu de roue et un procédé de préparation de celle-ci. La matrice comprend : une coque de matrice de coulée, une plaque inférieure de support, une plaque inférieure de limitation, un module de levage, une plaque de support de module, une matrice inférieure, une matrice supérieure et des plaques amovibles. La plaque inférieure de support est montée sur la surface inférieure de la coquille de matrice de coulée. La plaque inférieure de limitation est agencée sous la plaque inférieure de support. Une cavité de moulage est formée dans la surface supérieure de la coquille de matrice de coulée. La plaque de support de module est agencée de manière mobile dans la cavité de moulage. Le module de levage est connecté entre le fond de la cavité de moulage et la plaque de support du module. La matrice inférieure est montée sur la surface supérieure de la plaque de support de module. La matrice supérieure est agencée sur le côté extérieur de la matrice inférieure d'une manière gainée. La matrice inférieure et la matrice supérieure sont fermées pour former une cavité de coulée. Des trous de coulée sont formés dans la surface supérieure de la matrice supérieure. Des fentes annulaires sont formées dans la paroi latérale extérieure de la matrice supérieure.Des fentes de plaque amovibles sont formées dans la surface supérieure de la coquille de matrice de coulée. Les plaques amovibles sont disposées sur les fentes de plaque amovible d'une manière mobile limitée. Les plaques amovibles sont équipées des fentes annulaires. La présente invention permet de retirer facilement et rapidement la matrice supérieure d'un moyeu de roue moulé et de garantir que la matrice supérieure ne racle pas le moyeu de roue moulé lorsqu'elle est retirée du moyeu de roue moulé.
