Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de balayage pour l'inspection non intrusive de véhicules, camions porte-conteneurs et wagons de train. L'inspection peut être réalisée sans intervention humaine directe sur l'objet à inspecter, ce qui évite les activités chronophages, telles que la vérification physique, le descellement, etc. Le procédé proposé pour l'inspection non intrusive de véhicules et conteneurs présente une capacité d'inspection élevée (jusqu'à 200 véhicules par heure), par l'obtention d'une radiographie du véhicule entier (excepté la cabine du conducteur), pendant la conduite à travers le portail de balayage et l'élaboration d'un système géométriquement optimisé, de sorte à pouvoir être transporté rapidement dans des conteneurs répondant aux normes iso à l'aide de systèmes de transport classiques (avion, navire, train ou transport routier terrestre) dans des régions où un niveau élevé de sécurité est obligatoire. Le système qui met en œuvre le procédé présenté ci-avant est constitué d'une unité de balayage mobile installée sur un châssis (1), ledit châssis étant muni d'une flèche (3) qui affiche des zones de détecteurs (10) spécifiquement choisies selon le type de rayonnement pénétrant utilisé. Dans le mode de transport, la flèche (3) est repliée, ce qui assure le gabarit minimal permettant la conformité du véhicule avec les dimensions autorisées du transport routier ou l'adaptation du système dans un maxi-conteneur répondant aux normes iso. Dans le mode de balayage, la flèche s'étend et prend une forme en u inversé, portant à son extrémité inférieure, parallèlement au plan de la zone (10) de détecteurs, la source (9) de rayonnement pénétrant. Le système de balayage inclut également un centre de vérification mobile, positionné à l'extérieur de la zone d'exclusion a et dont le rôle est de commander à distance tous les processus impliqués dans l'inspection non intrusive. Le centre de vérification mobile possède un sous-système (22) d'acquisition, traitement, stockage et affichage d'images. Le système de balayage inclut un sous-système (32) de protection de périmètre et un sous-système (36) de gestion de trafic automatisée.
