Claims (8)
1. Ein flexibles Behandlungsverfahren für Deponiesickerwasser, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Behandlungsverfahren ein Abwasserbehandlungssystem verwendet, das aus folgenden Einheiten besteht: einem Regulierungstank, einer rotierenden biologischen Schützeinheit, einem anoxischen Denitrifikations-Reaktionstank, einem Kurzwegnitrifikations- Reaktionstank, einem anaeroben Ammoniakoxidations-Reaktionstank, einem primären Gerinnungs-Sedimentationstank, einem Fenton-Persulfat-Katalysator-Reaktionstank, einem Ozon-Katalysator-Reaktionstank und einem sekundären Gerinnungs-Sedimentationstank, wobei das Behandlungsverfahren folgende Schritte umfasst: Schritt 1: EinflieBen des Sickerwassers in den Regulierungstank (1) durch natürliche Schwerkraft oder mithilfe einer Pumpvorrichtung, Regulierung des pH-Wertes des Sickerwassers, wobei die Verweilzeit des Sickerwassers im Regulierungstank mehr als 48 Stunden beträgt und der pH-Wert des Abwassers auf 7-9 eingestellt wird; Schritt 2: Einleiten des Abwassers, das aus einem Wasserauslass am Boden des Regulierungstanks ausflief3t, über eine Rohrleitung in die rotierende biologische Schützeinheit (3), um organische Schadstoffe aus dem Sickerwasser zu entfernen und eine Nitrifikation zu erreichen, wobei die Kontaktzeit des Abwassers mit einem Oxidationkammer in der rotierenden biologischen Schützeinheit (3) mindestens 6 Stunden beträgt und die hydraulische Belastung der Scheibenoberfläche höchstens 0,08 m°/(m°.d) beträgt; und nach dem Durchgang des Abwassers durch die rotierende biologische Schützeinheit die COD.-Abtragsrate im Bereich von 20 % bis 30 % und die Abbaurate von Ammoniumstickstoff im Bereich von 60 % bis 80 % liegt; Schritt 3: Einleiten des Abwassers, das aus einem Wasserauslass der rotierenden biologischen Schiitzeinheit (3) fließt, über eine Rohrleitung mithilfe der natürlichen Schwerkraft in den Bodenbereich des anoxischen Denitrifikations-Reaktionstanks (4), um Nitratstickstoff und organische Schadstoffe aus dem Abwasser aus der rotierenden biologischen Schützeinheit zu entfernen, wobei die hydraulische Verweilzeit im anoxischen Denitrifikations-Reaktionstank (4) mehr als 3 Tage beträgt und eine Konzentration des gelösten Sauerstoffs auf weniger als 0,5 mg/l geregelt wird; und die COD,-Abtragsrate des anoxischen Denitrifikations-Reaktionstanks (4) 60 % beträgt und die Abbaurate von Gesamtstickstoff (TN) zwischen 60 % und 70 % liegt; Schritt 4: Einleiten des Abwassers durch eine Offnung in einer Trennwand zwischen dem anoxischen Denitrifikations-Reaktionstank (4) und dem Kurzwegnitrifikations- Reaktionstank (5) mithilfe der natürlichen Schwerkraft in den Kurzwegnitrifikations- Reaktionstank (5) zur Umwandlung von nicht umgewandeltem Ammoniumstickstoff im Abwasser des anoxischen Denitrifikations-Reaktionstanks (4) in Nitritstickstoff, wobei ein mikroporôser Belüfter für die Sauerstoffversorgung in einer Luftverteilungszone am Boden des Kurzwegnitrifikations-Reaktionstanks (5) angeordnet ist und eine Konzentration des gelôsten Sauerstoffs auf 1-2 mg/l eingestellt wird; und die hydraulische Verweilzeit im Kurzwegnitrifikations-Reaktionstank (5) auf 2-3 Tage eingeschränkt wird; Schritt 5: Einfliessen des Abwassers aus dem Kurzwegnitrifikations-Reaktionstank (5) in den Bodenbereich des anaeroben Ammoniakoxidations-Reaktionstanks (6) mithilfe der natürlichen Schwerkraft, um Ammoniumstickstoff und Nitratstickstoff im Abwasser unter anaeroben Bedingungen in Stickstoff umzuwandeln, wobei die hydraulische Verweilzeit im anaeroben Ammoniakoxidations-Reaktionstanks (6) mehr als 3 Tage beträgt; nachdem das Abwasser den anaeroben Ammoniakoxidations-Reaktionstank (6) passiert hat, erreicht eine

(m°.h) beträgt; Schritt 7: Einleiten des Abwassers aus dem primären Gerinnungs-Sedimentationstank (7) in den Fenton-Persulfat-Katalysator-Reaktionstank (8), um organische Schadstoffe im Abwasser durch eine Fenton-Persulfat-Verbundoxidationstechnologie abzubauen; Schritt 8: Einleiten des Abwassers aus dem Fenton-Persulfat-Katalysator-Reaktionstank (8) in den Ozon-Katalysator-Reaktionstank (9), um refraktäre organische Schadstoffe durch katalytische Ozonisierung des Sickerwassers zu behandeln, wobei eine Ozonquelle eine Sauerstoffquelle oder eine Luftquelle ist; und Schritt 9: Einleiten des Abwassers aus dem Ozon-Katalysator-Reaktionstank (9) in den sekundären Gerinnungs-Sedimentationstank (11) zur sekundären Koagulation und Sedimentation, und schlieBlich Ausleiten des akzeptablen Wassers durch einen Wasserauslass und Ableiten des Schlamms, der sich auf dem Boden des sekundären Gerinnungs-Sedimentationstanks absetzt, durch einen Schlammauslass.
2. Das flexible Behandlungsverfahren fiir Deponiesickerwasser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Behandlungsverfahren fiir die Behandlung eines Sickerwassers aus einer gealterten geschlossenen Deponie von festen Siedlungsabfällen geeignet ist, wobei der COD, des Zulaufwassers des Sickerwassers zwischen 2000 und 3000 mg/L liegt, die Konzentration des Ammoniakstickstoffs zwischen 500 und 1000 mg/L liegt, und das behandelte Abwasser erfüllt folgende Anforderungen erfüllt: der COD, nicht mehr als 100 mg/L, der Ammoniakstickstoff nicht mehr als 25 mg/L, der Gesamtstickstoff nicht mehr als 40 mg/L und der Gesamtphosphor nicht mehr als 3 mg/L.
3. Das flexible Behandlungsverfahren fiir Deponiesickerwasser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Behandlungsverfahren zur Behandlung eines gemischten Sickerwassers aus Siedlungsabfällen und Speiseabfällen geeignet ist, wobei der COD; des Zulaufwassers des gemischten Sickerwassers zwischen 8000 und 15000 mg/L liegt, die Konzentration des Ammoniakstickstoffs zwischen 500 und 1000 mg/L liegt und das behandelte Abwasser folgende Anforderungen erfüllt: der COD, nicht mehr als 500 mg/L, Schwebstoffe (SS) nicht mehr als 400 mg/L, der Ammoniakstickstoff nicht mehr als 35 mg/L, der Gesamtstickstoff nicht mehr als 70 mg/l und der Gesamtphosphor nicht mehr als 3 mg/l; wobei das Abwasserbehandlungssystem bei der Behandlung des gemischten Sickerwassers aus den festen Siedlungsabfällen und den Speiseabfällen zusätzlich einen Koagulationsflotationstank (2) umfasst und der Koagulationsflotationstank (2) mit dem Regulierungstank (1) und der rotierenden biologischen Schützeinheit (3) über Rohrleitungen verbunden ist; nach der Durchführung von Schritt 1 umfasst das Verfahren ferner: das AbflieBen des Abwassers aus dem Regulierungstank (1) in den Koagulationsflotationstank (2) durch eine Rohrleitung, wobei der Koagulationsflotationstank (2) eine Koagulationsreaktionszone, eine Kontaktzone und eine Flotationstanktrennzone umfasst. Zunächst wird das Abwasser aus dem Regulierungstank mit 100-500 mg/l Polyferritiumchlorid und 3-5 mg/l Polyacrylamid-Koagulationsmittel vermischt, die der Koagulationsreaktionszone zugegeben werden, um zu reagieren. Dann LU504592 wird das Abwasser von unten in die Kontaktzone geleitet, um sich mit gelôstem Luftwasser zu kontaktieren und zu vermischen, um in die Trennzone des Flotationstanks im oberen Teil der Kontaktzone zu fließen, und dabei Schwebstoffe, kolloidale Schadstoffe und Fette aus dem Abwasser entfernen, wobei die Konzentration tierischer und pflanzlicher Ole im Abwasser, das den Koagulationsflotationstank (2) durchstrômt, auf weniger als 50 mg/l und die Konzentration der Schwebstoffe auf weniger als 100 mg/l verringert wird.
4. Das flexible Behandlungsverfahren fiir Deponiesickerwasser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der anoxische Denitrifikations-Reaktionstank (4), der Kurzwegnitrifikations-Reaktionstank (5), der anaerobe Ammoniakoxidations-Reaktionstank (6) mit Schwebebekugeln (17) gefiillt sind, die Hohlkugeln mit einem Durchmesser von 80 bis 100 mm sind, wobei ein Füllvolumenverhältnis der Reaktionstank zwischen 40 und 60 % beträgt, wobei an den AuBenflächen der Schwebebekugeln Spiralfaser-Biofilme angebracht sind, und eine anbringbare spezifische Fläche größer als 4000 m2/m3 und ein Leerraumanteil größer als 95 % ist.

Das flexible Behandlungsverfahren fiir Deponiesickerwasser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass am Boden des anaeroben Ammoniakoxidations-Reaktionstanks (6) ein Rückflussanschluss angebracht ist und der Rückflussanschluss über eine Rohrleitung mit einer Rückflusspumpe (12) verbunden ist, wobei das andere Ende der Rückflusspumpe (12) über eine Rohrleitung mit dem anoxischen Denitrifikations-Reaktionstank (4) verbunden ist, um ein Rückflussgemisch in einen Einlass des anoxischen Denitrifikations- Reaktionstanks (4) zur Refilterung zu leiten, wobei ein internes Rückflussverhältnis in einem Bereich von 50% bis 100% liegt.
6. Das flexible Behandlungsverfahren für Deponiesickerwasser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Boden des primären Gerinnungs-Sedimentationstanks (7) und des sekundären Gerinnungs-Sedimentationstanks Schlammabflüsse zur Ableitung des sich am Boden absetzenden Schlamms angebracht sind.
7. Das flexible Behandlungsverfahren für Deponiesickerwasser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im primären Gerinnungs-Sedimentationstank (7), im Fenton-Persul fat- Katalysator-Reaktionstank (8) und im sekundären Gerinnungs-Sedimentationstank die Wirkungsmittel und Schwebstoffe im Abwasser rasch durch einen Rührer (16) vermischt werden.
8. Das flexible Behandlungsverfahren für Deponiesickerwasser nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gerinnungsmittel 1-5 g/l Polyferritchlorid und das Gerinnungshilfsmittel 3-5 mg/l Polyacrylamid sind.
