The present invention discloses relates to a technical field of sesame oil production and processing, in particular to a raw material stir-frying device for sesame oil production.
BACKGROUND
Sesame oil, also known as sesame-seed oil and benne oil, is a traditional seasoning vegetable oil in China; it is an oil extracted from sesame and has a strong aroma of fried sesame.
The sesame oil taste is pure and resistant to aftertaste, and it is an indispensable condiment in daily life. Whether cold dishes, hot dishes or soups, it can be called a touch of sunshine.
Sesame is main raw material of the sesame oil, quality of the sesame directly determines quality of the sesame oil; in a process of producing sesame raw material into the sesame oil, it needs to go through processes such as material selection, screening, rinsing, stir-frying and grinding; during the stir-frying process for the sesame, the sesame to be stir-fried is directly placed inside the stir-frying barrel; the sesame stir-frying process is realized through rotation of the stir-frying barrel and heat transfer, but in the whole stir-frying process the sesame to be stir-fried at the bottom of the stir-frying barrel has limited contact with the heat, which is easy to cause the uneven heating of the sesame during the stir-frying process, reduces stir-frying effect on the sesame; and is easy to follow hit among the sesame during the stir-frying process that will produce a large amount of broken skins mixed on the sesame, which will reduce the oil yield and color during later sesame refining process, which is inconvenient for the stir-frying of the sesame oil raw materials; therefore, we propose a raw material stir-frying device for sesame oil production.

1. A raw material stir-frying device for sesame oil production, comprises: a stir-frying barrel (1), an inner wall of the stir-frying barrel (1) 1s fixed with a plurality of baffles (2) that are divided during a stir-frying process; characterized in that it also comprises: a bottom plate (3) arranged under the stir-frying barrel (1), the bottom plate (3) is provided with a drive assembly for driving during the stir-frying process of the stir-frying barrel (1), one side of the stir-frying barrel (1) is provided with a cover plate (5) for covering and sealing after the raw material is put in the inside of the stir-frying barrel (1), and the bottom plate (3) is provided with a move assembly (5) for movement of the cover plate (5); a pre-drying assembly for rapid pre-drying during the stir-frying process of the inside of the stir-frying barrel (1), the pre-drying assembly is arranged on the cover plate (5), a buffer conveying assembly for the raw material buffer conveying during the stir-frying process of the stir-frying barrel (1) is arranged on the cover plate (5).

The raw material stir-frying device for sesame oil production according to claim 1, characterized in that: the pre-drying assembly comprises a first L-shaped pipe (701) and a second L-shaped pipe (702) arranged on the cover plate (5), a resistance wire heater (703) is arranged on the first L-shaped pipe (701), a fan (704) is arranged at one end of the first L-shaped pipe (701) which is close to the second L-shaped pipe (702), one end of the first L-shaped pipe (701) is connected to an air outlet end of the fan (704), an operation box (705) is arranged at another end of the first L-shaped pipe (701), an air outlet (707) is communicated to the operation box (705) through a hose (706), an air inlet (709) is arranged at one end of the second L-shaped pipe (702), the air outlet (707) and the air inlet (709) are oppositely arranged, one end of the air outlet (707) facing the air inlet (709) is arranged with a plurality of air outlet pipes (708), the second L-shaped pipe (702) is provided with a collection assembly for collection of some broken skins during the stir-frying and drying process.

The raw material stir-frying device for sesame oil production according to claim 2, characterized in that: the collection assembly comprises a collection box (801), a first connection pipe (802) and a second connection pipe (803) are respectively arranged on both sides of tH&/©05284 collection box (801), one end of the first connection pipe (802) is connected to the second L-shaped pipe (702), the another end of the second connection pipe (803) is connected to an air inlet end of the fan (704), one end of the second connection pipe (803) that communicated with the inside of the collection box (801) is arranged with a filter screen (804), the collection box (801) is hinged with a protective plate (805).

The raw material stir-frying device for sesame oil production according to claim 4, characterized in that: the adjustment assembly comprises a rotating rod (1101) rotatably connected to the two support plates (10), one end of the rotating rod (1101) is fixed with a transmission plate (1102), the transmission plate (1102) is fixed with one side of the air outlet (707), the cover plate (5) is provided with a rotating assembly for the rotating rod (1101) to rotate, the operation box (705) is provided with a pushing assembly for the air outlet (707) intermittently pushing during a use process of air outlet.

The raw material stir-frying device for sesame oil production according to claim 9, characterized in that: the move assembly comprises a rectangular plate (601) fixed on the bottom plate (3), a threaded rod (602) is rotatably connected to the rectangular plate (601), a threaded pipe (603) is threadedly engaged to the threaded rod (602), a connection plate (604) is fixed at another end of the threaded pipe (603), the connection plate (604) is fixed to the cover plate (5), a third motor (605) for driving the threaded rod (602) is arranged on the rectangular plate (601), one end of the rectangular plate (601) that is opposite to the connection plate (604) are respectively fixed with a guide rod (606) and a sleeve (607), the guide rod (606) is slidably/503284 connected to the sleeve (607).
