SQUID SLITTING DEVICE FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[001] The present disclosure, pertaining to the technical field of squid processing equipment, relates to a squid slitting device.
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
[002] Squid, also known as soft fish, is an eye-opening suborder of molluscs. Squid is rich in protein and trace elements, having high nutritional value.
[003] During processing, it is necessary to slit the squid from which the internal organs have been removed, so as to facilitate cooking. Most factories use scissors or cutters to cut the squid manually, with a high work intensity and low cutting efficiency. In order to improve efficiency, a squid slitting device is used to slit squids by means of rotation of a plurality of disc cutters. However, the squids have to be manually flattened before being transported to the disc cutter, and then the squids could be transported to the disc cutter. Such cutting is time-consuming and laborious, and moreover the squid slitted is subject to stick to two adjacent disc cutters, making them hard to completely cut off the next squid, which affects the slitting effect.

4
BL-5321 LU500821
[036] Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages:
[037] 1. Placing the squid to be slitted on a feeding end of the first conveyor belt, activating the first conveyor belt to drive the squid to move forward, squashing and flattening the squid by the flattening mechanism, and then transporting the squid to the discharge end of the first conveyor belt, and meanwhile starting the third motor to drive the fifth rotating shaft and a plurality of disc cutters to rotate counterclockwise to cut the flattened squid into a plurality of strips and then fall down, wherein a guiding mechanism can prevent the slitted squid from getting stuck between two adjacent disc cutters, thereby improving the squid slitting efficiency and saving time and effort;
[038] 2. Since the positions of the third rotating shaft and the third roller are fixed, the distance between the second belt surface on the third roller and the first conveyor belt is set to be relatively large, so that unflattened squid can enter between the first belt surface and the second belt surface; when the size of the squid is small, the fourth rotating shaft 1s moved downward along the two arc holes by the adjusting mechanism to reduce the distance between the second belt surface on the fourth roller and the first belt surface, and increase a pressing force of the second belt surface against the squid, whereby the squid is flattened under the action of friction, eliminating the trouble of manual operation and saving time and effort;
[039] 3. When the distance between the second belt surface and the first belt surface on the fourth drum needs to be increased, the length of the rotating rod between the rotating sleeve and the sleeve is shortened by the fixing structure, so that the fourth rotating shaft moves upward along the two arc holes, and the second belt surface on the fourth roller is gradually away from the first belt surface; in the same way, when the distance between the second belt surface on the fourth roller and the first belt surface needs to be reduced, the length of the rotating rod between the rotating sleeve and the sleeve is extended by the fixed structure, so that the fourth rotating shaft moves down along the two arc holes, and the second belt surface on the fourth roller gradually approaches the first belt surface, making the operation quite easy;
[040] 4. When the length of the rotating rod between the rotating sleeve and the sleeve needs to be shortened, the internally threaded tube is rotated downward, by which
BL-5321 LU500821 the rotating rod moves upward, and when the length of the rotating rod between the rotating sleeve and the sleeve needs to be prolonged, the internally threaded tube 1s rotated upward, and the rotating rod moves downward under the action of gravity, which 1s simple in structure;
[041] 5. When the squid is cut into strips by a plurality of disc cutters, most of squid strips fall off, while some will stick between two adjacent disc cutters; due to the arrangement of said plurality of guide structures, when the disc cutters continue to rotate, the squid strips stuck between two adjacent disc cutters are pushed out of the gaps by the guiding structures to prevent the squid strips from getting stuck in the gaps and affecting the normal slitting of the next squid, which 1s simple in structure;
[042] 6. After two adjacent disc cutters cut the squid into strips, the squid strips enter the gaps; since the stop rod is arranged between the two adjacent disc cutters, when the disc cutters rotate, the squid strips entering the gaps are blocked by the stop rod, and slide down along the stop rod, preventing the squid strips from being stuck in the gaps, which is simple in structure.
[043] 7. When the disc cutters rotate, the stop rod keeps its position unchanged, and the first brush on the stop rod continuously cleans the sides of the two adjacent disc cutters to sweep impurities stuck between the stop rod and the disc cutters off, thereby eliminating the trouble of manual cleaning, which 1s safe and convenient.
[044] 8. The slitted squid falls onto the sloping plate and slides forward along the sloping plate to prevent the squid from accumulating under the disc cutters and affecting the continuous cutting of the disc cutters; in addition, when the first conveyor belt rotates, the second brush can brush the squid strips adhered on the first belt surface to the sloping plate to prevent the squid from being repeatedly cut.
[045] 9. Starting the electric water pump to pump water from the outside to the water collecting pipe, and then spraying it in the direction of the disc cutters through the sprinklers of the water collecting pipe, so that the squid strips attached to the disc cutters quickly slide down, with the sprinklers and the first brush the cleaning effect on the side of the disc cutters being improved; 6
BL-5321 LU500821
[046] 10. The squid strips fall onto the sloping plate together with water, and the water flows into the water receiving frame through the perforations on the sloping plate to prevent the squid strips from being immersed in the water and affecting the quality of the squid strips; in addition, the impurities in the water are filtered through the filter screen, so that the water in the water receiving frame can be recycled for reuse, which is environmentally friendly.

[056] The two side plates 1 are arranged symmetrically, having a front support plate 12 and a rear support plate 11 arranged on front and rear sides, respectively.
[057] The first conveyor belt 3 is horizontally arranged on upper edges of the two side plates 1, with its length direction consistent with a long side direction of the side plate 1, and the first conveyor belt 3 includes a first rotating shaft 31 and a second rotating shaft 32, and the first rotating shaft 31 and the second rotating shaft 32 are both rotatably arranged between the two side plates 1. The first rotating shaft 31 is coaxially fixed with a first roller 311, the second rotating shaft 32is coaxially fixed with a second roller 321. A first belt surface 33, provided with a rubber layer 331 thereon, is wound between the first roller 311 and the second roller 321. A first motor 34 is provided on an outer side of one of the side plates 1. One end of the first rotating shaft 31 extends out of said one of the side plates 1 and the end is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the first motor 34.
[058] Preferably, the rubber layer 331 is made of food-grade rubber material.
[059] Two heightening plates 2 are provided symmetrically on upper side edges of the two side plates 1. The front support plate 12 extends to an upper side of the heightening plate 2, and the flattening mechanism can squash and flatten the squid on the first conveyor belt 3.
[060] Preferably, a cover plate 21 is hinged to an upper side of the front support plate 12, and the cover plate 21 is arranged above the two heightening plates 2. Providing the cover plate 21 could prevent equipment under the cover plate 21 from being directly exposed outside, accumulating dust and affecting the appearance.
[061] The fifth rotating shaft 6 is rotatably arranged between the two side plates 1 and located on a right side of the first conveyor belt 3. The fifth rotating shaft 6 is provided with a plurality of disc cutters 61 in a length direction. Outer edges of the disc cutters 61 get into contact with the rubber layer 331 on a discharge end of the first conveyor belt 3, which could completely cut off the squid on the first belt surface 33.

BL-5321 LU500821
[062] The third motor 62 1s fixed on an outer side of one of the side plates 1. One end of the fifth rotating shaft 6 extends out of the one of the side plates 1 and the end is fixedly connected to an output shaft of the third motor 62.
[063] A guide mechanism is arranged between the two side plates 1, and the guide mechanism can prevent the slitted squid from being caught between two adjacent disc cutters 61.
[064] The squid to be slitted is placed on a feeding end of the first conveyor belt 3, and the first conveyor belt 3 is activated to drive the squid to move forward to be flattened by the flattening mechanism, and then the squid is transported to the discharge end of the first conveyor belt 3, and meanwhile the third motor 62 is started to drive the fifth rotating shaft 6 and said plurality of disc cutters 61 to rotate counterclockwise to cut the flattened squid into a plurality of strips, which fall down then. The guiding mechanism can prevent the slitted squid from getting stuck between two adjacent disc cutters 61, thereby improving the squid slitting efficiency and saving time and effort.
[065] Specifically, the flattening mechanism includes a second conveyor belt 4 and an adjusting mechanism. The second conveyor belt 4 includes a third rotating shaft 41, a fourth rotating shaft 42, and a second motor 44.
[066] The third rotating shaft 41 is horizontally rotatably arranged between the two heightening plates 2, and a third roller 411 is fixed on the third rotating shaft 41.
[067] Two arc holes 22 are symmetrically opened on the two heightening plates 2, having the same distance to the third rotating shaft 41. Two ends of the fourth rotating shaft 42 are respectively inserted in the two arc holes 22. A fourth roller 421 is rotatably arranged on the fourth rotating shaft 42, and a second belt surface 43 is wound between the third roller 411 and the fourth roller 421.
[068] The second motor 44 is fixed on an outer side of one of the heightening plates 2, one end of the third rotating shaft 41 extends out of one of the heightening plates 2 and the end is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second motor 44.
9
BL-5321 LU500821
[069] The adjusting mechanism 1s arranged on the fourth rotating shaft 42, and the adjusting mechanism can make the fourth rotating shaft 42 slide horizontally along the arc length direction of the two arc holes 22.
[070] Since the positions of the third rotating shaft 41 and the third roller 411 are fixed, the distance between the second belt surface 43 on the third roller 411 and the first conveyor belt 3 1s set to be relatively large, so that unflattened squid can enter between the first belt surface 33 and the second belt surface 43. When the size of the squid 1s small, the fourth rotating shaft 42 is moved downward along the two arc holes 22 by the adjusting mechanism to reduce distance between the second belt surface 43 on the fourth roller 421 and the first belt surface 33, and increase a pressing force of the second belt surface 43 against the squid, whereby the squid is flattened under the action of friction, eliminating the trouble of manual operation and saving time and effort.
[071] Specifically, the adjusting mechanism includes two adjusting structures, and the two adjusting structures are respectively disposed at both ends of the fourth rotating shaft 42. The adjusting structures each include a rotating sleeve 422, a sleeve 51, a rotating rod 5, and a fixed structure.
[072] One end of the fourth rotating shaft 42 extends out of the corresponding arc hole 22 and the end is coaxially rotatably connected with the rotating sleeve 422.
[073] The sleeve 51 is rotatably arranged on an outer side of the heightening board 2 via a connecting rod 511, with its axis parallel to the heightening board 2.
[074] One end of the rotating rod 5 is fixed on an outer side of the rotating sleeve 422, the other end passes through the sleeve 51 and has its end fixed with a sealing plate 53 sized larger than a cross section of the rotating rod 5.
[075] The fixing structure is arranged on the rotating rod 5, and the fixing structure can change the length of the rotating rod 5 between the rotating sleeve 422 and the sleeve 51, and fix the rotating rod 5 at the current position.
[076] When the distance between the second belt surface 43 on the fourth roller 421 and the first belt surface 33 needs to be increased, the length of the rotating rod 5 between the rotating sleeve 422 and the sleeve 51 is shortened by the fixing structure, so
BL-5321 LU500821 that the fourth rotating shaft 42 moves upward along the two arc holes 22, and the second belt surface 43 on the fourth roller 421 gradually moves away from the first belt surface 33; in the same way, when the distance between the second belt surface 43 on the fourth roller 421 and the first belt surface 33 needs to be reduced, the length of the rotating rod 5 between the rotating sleeve 422 and the sleeve 51 is increased by the fixed structure, so that the fourth rotating shaft 42 moves downward along the two arc holes 22, and the second belt surface 43 on the fourth roller 421 gradually approaches the first belt surface 33, which 1s easy to operate.
[077] Specifically, the fixing structure includes an internally threaded tube 54 and a handle 541.
[078] The rotating rod 5 located between the sleeve 51 and the sealing plate 53 is provided with an external thread 52, and the internally threaded tube 54 is threadedly connected to the rotating rod 5 through the external thread 52.
[079] The handle 541 is fixedly arranged on an outer side of the end of the internally threaded tube 54 away from the sleeve 51. Preferably, there are two handles 541, and the two handles 541 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of one end of the sleeve
51.
[080] When the length of the rotating rod 5 between the rotating sleeve 422 and the sleeve 51 needs to be shortened, the internally threaded tube 54 rotates downward, so that the rotating rod 5 is moved upward through the internally threaded tube 54. When the length of the rotating rod 5 between the rotating sleeve 422 and the sleeve 51 needs to be increased, the internally threaded tube 54 rotates upward, and the rotating rod 5 moves downward under the action of gravity, which is simple in structure.
[081] Specifically, the guide mechanism includes a first fixed rod 23, a limit rod 13, and a plurality of guide structures.
[082] The first fixed rod 23 is vertically fixed between the two heightening plates 2, and the first fixed rod 23 is located above and behind the fifth rotating shaft 6.
[083] The limiting rod 13 is vertically fixed between the two side plates 1, and the limiting rod 13 is located in front of and below the fifth shaft 6.
11
BL-5321 LU500821
[084] A plurality of guide structures are sequentially arranged on the first fixed rod 23 in a length direction. Gaps 611 are formed between two adjacent disc cutters 61. Said plurality of guide structures one-one correspond to the gaps 611. When the disc cutters 61 rotate, the guide structures can push squid strips entering the corresponding gaps 611 out of the disc cutters 61.
[085] When the squid is cut into strips by a plurality of disc cutters 61, most of squid strips fall off, while some will stick between two adjacent disc cutters 61. Due to the arrangement of said plurality of guide structures, when the disc cutters 61 continue to rotate, the squid strips stuck between two adjacent disc cutters 61 are pushed out of the gaps 611 by the guiding structures to prevent the squid strips from getting stuck in the gaps 611 and affecting the normal slitting of the next squid.
[086] Specifically, the guiding structures include a sleeve 231 and a stop rod 232.
[087] The sleeve 231 is rotatably arranged on the first fixed rod 23.
[088] The stop rod 232 is arc-shaped, having one end fixedly connected to the sleeve 231, and the other end extending into the corresponding gap 611 to bypass the fifth shaft 6 at the beneath thereof and rest on the limit rod 13.
[089] After two adjacent disc cutters 61 cut the squid into strips, the squid strips enter the gaps 611. Since the stop rod 232 is arranged between the two adjacent disc cutters 61, when the disc cutters 61 rotate, the squid strips entering the gaps 611 are blocked by the stop rod 232, and slide down along the stop rod 232, preventing the squid strips from being stuck in the gaps 611, which is simple in structure.
[090] Specifically, a first brush 233 is provided in a length direction on a side of the stop rod 232 close to the disc cutters 61, and outer ends of the first brush 233 are in contact with the disc cutters 61.
[091] When the disc cutters 61 rotate, the stop rod 232 keeps its position unchanged, and the first brush 233 on the stop rod 232 continuously cleans the sides of the two adjacent disc cutters 61 to sweep impurities stuck between the stop rod 232 and the disc cutters 61 off, thereby eliminating the trouble of manual cleaning, which is safe and convenient.
12
BL-5321 LU500821
[092] Specifically, a sloping plate 7 is provided between the two side plates 1, which is located under the fifth shaft 6, presenting an inclined state which is low in the front and high at the rear. A front side edge of the sloping plate 7 extends out of the front side edge of the side plate 1, and a rear side edge of the sloping plate 7 extends to under the discharge end of the first conveyor belt 3, and a second brush 72 is vertically arranged on the edge. Outer ends of the second brush 72 are in contact with the first belt surface 33.
[093] The slitted squid falls onto the sloping plate 7 and slides forward along the sloping plate 7 to prevent the squid from accumulating under the disc cutters 61 and affecting the continuous cutting of the disc cutters 61; in addition, when the first conveyor belt 3 rotates, the second brush 72 can brush the squid strips adhered on the first belt surface 33 to the sloping plate 7 to prevent the squid from being repeatedly cut.
[094] Specifically, a water collecting pipe 9 is horizontally arranged between said two heightening plates 2, and the water collecting pipe 9 is located above and in front of the fifth rotating shaft 6, and a plurality of sprinklers 91 are arranged on the side of the water collecting pipe 9 close to the disc cutters 61. An electric water pump 121 is provided on an outer side of the front support plate 12. An outlet of the electric water pump 121 is communicated with the water collecting pipe 9 through a pipe, and an inlet of the electric water pump 121 is communicated with an external water source.
[095] The electric water pump 121 is started to pump water from outside into the water collecting pipe 9, and then spray it in a direction to the disc cutters 61 through the sprinklers 91 of the water collecting pipe 9, so that the squid strips attached to the disc cutters 61 quickly slide down. Under the joint action of the first brush 233 and the sprinklers 91, the cleaning effect on the side of the disc cutters 61 is improved.
[096] Specifically, the sloping plate 7 is provided with a plurality of perforations 71, and a water receiving frame 8 is provided between the two side plates 1. The water receiving frame 8 is located directly under the sloping plate 7. A filter screen 81 is provided on the water receiving frame 8.
[097] The squid strips fall onto the sloping plate 7 together with water, and the water flows into the water receiving frame 8 through the perforations 71 on the sloping plate 7 to prevent the squid strips from being immersed in the water and affecting the 13
BL-5321 LU500821 quality of the squid strips; in addition, the impurities in the water are filtered out by the filter screen 81, so that the water in the water receiving frame 8 can be recycled for reuse, which is environmentally friendly.
[098] Preferably, bottom of the water receiving frame 8 1s connected to the inlet of the electric water pump 121 through a pipe, so that the water in the water receiving frame 8 can be recycled, thereby reducing the cost.
