Abstract
Description
TECHNIKOS SRITISTECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to processes for the production of heat and electricity during the pyrolysis process of biomass, in particular for the production of charcoal. The present invention combines all three modules (thermal power plant, power plant and pyrolysis product line), improves these modules and provides a new more efficient heat and power generation method that can be applied to an existing biomass (especially charcoal) production line for pyrolysis products. .
TECHNIKOS LYGISTECHNICAL LEVEL
Heat and power generation has always been, is and will continue to be one of the most important concerns and activities of mankind. Besides the production of heat and electricity, since the 19th century there is a well-known pyrolysis effect, i.e. decomposition of thermal organic matter (wood, petroleum products, carbon compounds, etc.), whereby the above-mentioned organic matter (wood and the like) is used to produce fuel (eg charcoal). The pyrolysis process produces so-called secondary gases that can be used to meet a variety of needs, for example: they can be burned to provide additional heat, or can be stored, transported and used for other processes, reactions and the like.
Žinomas anglų patentas Nr. GB2095762, publikuotas 1982 m. spalio 6 d. Be to, šioje sistemoje nėra realizuotas pirolizės procesas.Known English patent no. GB2095762, published 1982. October 6 This patent describes a heat and power generation system based on a special biomass boiler fired by coal. In this way, the water is heated and converted into steam, the flow of which is directed to a steam turbine generating electricity. However, this is just an old type coal-fired power plant using an improved boiler. Furthermore, the pyrolysis process is not realized in this system.
Dar žinomas korėjiečių patentas Nr. KR20030026302, publikuotas 2003 m. kovo 31 d. Šiame patente aprašyta sistema susideda iš pirolizės būdu gaminamos medžio anglies grandinės ir likutinės šilumos panaudojimo grandinės, gaminant elektros energiją. Šio patento pagrindą sudaro medžio anglies gamybos būdas, kurio metu bandoma panaudoti likutinę šilumą elektros energijai pagaminti. Tačiau šios sistemos efektyvumas yra santykinai mažas, nes paskaičiuota, kad tokia grandinė ekonomiškai rentabili būtų tik tada, jei turbinos galia būtų mažiausiai 2 MW. Šiam skaičiui pasiekti reikia statyti santykinai didelę pirolizės gamyklą / jėgainę, nes realiai vidutinio dydžio medžio anglies gamybos grandinėje tai yra nepasiekiamas rezultatas.Also known is Korean patent no. KR20030026302, Published 2003 March 31 The system described in this patent consists of a pyrolysis charcoal chain and a residual heat utilization circuit for generating electricity. This patent is based on a charcoal production process that attempts to use residual heat to generate electricity. However, the efficiency of this system is relatively low as it is estimated that such a circuit would be economically viable only if the turbine power was at least 2 MW. A relatively large pyrolysis plant / power plant needs to be built to achieve this figure, as in the real medium-sized charcoal production chain this is an unattainable result.
Known Chinese patent no. CN101614154, Published 2009 December 30th This patent describes a secondary gas type power plant in which biomass is used as a feedstock. This biomass is burned, followed by carbonisation, followed by the production and combustion of secondary gas. It is a power plant that focuses solely on electricity generation, where all heat, emitted biomass and secondary gas is flushed to the power generating unit. However, the present invention focuses solely on the combustion of biomass (or waste), which produces energy that is converted into energy.
Known Ukrainian patent no. UA68639, Published 2004. August 16 This patent describes a system for producing acetylene from methane. The system also describes a plasma chemical reactor, secondary gas production, and a steam turbine for generating electricity. However, the present invention is more focused on the production of acetylene, and the same problem described in the patent KR20030026302 regarding the efficiency / economic cost-effectiveness of the system in power generation is also relevant.
The closest to the prior art is the American-Japanese International Patent Application No. WO2008076944, Published 2008 June 26 This patent implements several processes in a single production chain: the production of charcoal (and other chemicals / gases) and the generation of electricity. The processes take place in the following way: primary fuels (eg firewood) are initially burned and heat is produced during the combustion process to ensure pyrolysis. Pyrolysis involves the production of charcoal, ethanol, methane, hydrogen, oil extract and acids. Also, during the pyrolysis, secondary gases are released, which are directed to the said primary fuel chamber, where they also burn with the primary fuel and emit a certain amount of heat. The patent states that the pyrolysis process and the combustion of secondary gas release heat that is still sufficient to produce fertilizer, compost and electricity. However, the use of this patent is not very realistic because the reality is that the amount of secondary gas is relatively small and the energy they produce in the form of fire can reduce primary fuel consumption by only 35-45%. Another aspect is that the patent provides for the generation of electricity from gas and moisture from the production of charcoal. This is not a good idea as turbine rotation requires sufficiently high particle flow, density and temperature. Even in the case of water vapor heated in a separate boiler, this is inefficient because the turbine for power generation needs to be rotated with water vapor at optimum temperatures above 400 degrees and pressures above 7 atmospheres (the actual relatively efficient steam turbine has a temperature of 545 ° C). , while the pressure is 255 atmospheres). For gas particle flow, the situation is even more complicated, and this patent also does not use heat exchangers and the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) generator.
Based on the results of technology and patent searches and observing and analyzing the real world situation in the field of pyrolysis and / or power plants, it can be concluded that many theoretically operating inventions have been patented in the world, but in reality they are often not realized simply because of economic viability.
The present invention provides a novel hybrid integrated system, its improved modules and the use of this system, which is economically advantageous for the production of heat and electricity integrated with the pyrolysis process which produces biomass (especially charcoal). This method also includes the appropriate use of the ORC generator and heat exchanger system.
IŠRADIMO ESMĖTHE SUBSTANCE OF THE INVENTION
Šio išradimo tikslas yra naujos hibridinės integruotos sistemos, susidedančios iš šilumos jėgainės, elektrinės bei pirolizės būdu gaminamų produktų linijos, sukūrimas, šios integruotos sistemos modulių patobulinimas bei šios integruotos sistemos panaudojimo būdas, apimantis visų minėtų modulių procesų suderinimą vienoje sistemoje, siekiant apjungti bei optimizuoti skirtingas technologijas ir padidinti visos bendros integruotos sistemos našumą bei efektyvumą technologiniu ir ekonominiu aspektais.It is an object of the present invention to provide a novel hybrid integrated system consisting of a thermal power plant, a power plant and a pyrolysis product line, to improve the modules of this integrated system and to utilize this integrated system to combine and optimize the processes of all said modules technologies and to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall integrated system in technological and economic terms.
An essential feature of the present invention is that the newly designed, modified and improved charcoal, heat and power generation scheme incorporates a heat exchanger system that, using a thermal oil complex, collects and transfers heat to an organic Rankine cycle (ORC) generator this heat energy by means of electricity, an evaporator and / or a heat energy storage device which accumulates and can subsequently supply this heat to buildings or other entities and technological installations.
Minėta šilumokaičių sistema, kurioje cirkuliuoja termoalyva, susideda iš atskirų šilumokaičio įrenginių, sumontuotų į minėtos integruotos sistemos kuro degimo skyrių, pirolizės kamerą arba išmetamųjų dujų vamzdyną.The aforesaid heat exchanger system in which the thermal oil circulates consists of separate heat exchanger units mounted in the combustion section, pyrolysis chamber or exhaust gas pipeline of said integrated system.
Tokios integruotos sistemos sukūrimas, patobulinimas ir panaudojimas užtikrina naujas šiai integruotai sistemai priskiriamas savybes:The creation, enhancement and utilization of such an integrated system provide new features attributed to this integrated system:
tiek anglies gamyba, tiek šilumos / elektros energijos ORC generatorius / generatoriai reikalauja minimalios priežiūros, t.y. bendros integruotos sistemos dėka sumažėja infrastruktūrinių žmogiškųjų resursų poreikis;both coal production and heat / electricity ORC generator / generators require minimal maintenance, i.e. a common integrated system reduces the need for infrastructure human resources;
reikalaujanti mažesnių sąnaudų bendra logistikos ir žaliavų pristatymo sistema;lower cost overall logistics and raw material delivery system;
verslo rizikos diversifikavimas, nes ekonominiu aspektu visą sistemą sudaro trys pajamų kryptys: anglis, elektra bei šiluma; naudojama tik viena degimo kamera, kuri yra sujungta su anglies krosnimi ir šilumokaičių sistema / termoalyvos grandine;diversification of business risk, as the whole system consists of three revenue streams from an economic point of view: coal, electricity and heat; only one combustion chamber is used which is connected to the coal furnace and the heat exchanger system / thermal oil circuit;
bendrai anglies gamybos proceso metu susidaro išmetamųjų dujų perteklinis kiekis, kuris naudojamas pirminiam medienos džiovinimui, o tuo atveju, kai sausos žaliavos kiekis yra pakankamas, tokių dujų srautas nukreipiamas į šilumokaitį / šilumokaičius.in general, the coal production process produces excess exhaust gas which is used for the primary drying of the wood and, when sufficient dry material is available, is directed to the heat exchanger (s).
Pirolizės būdu gaminamų produktų spektras gali būti platus, ši integruota sistema ir jos panaudojimo būdas gali būti lengvai perkelti ir adaptuoti kitiems organiniams / neorganiniams produktams gaminti. Be to, tuo metu, kai pirminio deginamo kuro vaidmenį atlieka biomasė, tiek šiluma, tiek elektra yra energija, pagaminta iš atsinaujinančių energijos šaltinių.The range of products produced by pyrolysis can be wide, this integrated system and its application can be easily transferred and adapted to other organic / inorganic products. In addition, while biomass is used as a primary fuel for combustion, both heat and electricity are energy from renewable sources.
TRUMPAS BRĖŽINIŲ FIGŪRŲ APRAŠYMASBRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING FIGURES
Fig. 1 pateikta bendra integruotos sistemos, susidedančios iš patobulintų šilumos jėgainės, elektrinės bei pirolizės būdu gaminamų produktų linijos modulių, schema.FIG. 1 is a general outline of an integrated system consisting of advanced thermal power plant, power plant and pyrolysis product line modules.
Pirmasis šio išradimo privalumas yra tas, kad jame yra integruojamos visos minėtos sistemos (šilumą generuojanti sistema, elektrą generuojanti sistema ir medžio anglį bei kitas medžiagas gaminanti sistema), kurios sudaro vieną integruotą sistemą (1).It is known that a whole bunch of heat and electricity generating systems are designed and built around the world. However, as all of these systems are complex enough and subject to a number of security and similar standards / requirements, this area is developing relatively slowly and innovation is finding its way hard. On the other hand, since theory and practice do not always follow the same path, the slow integration of said generating systems into the patent world has resulted in the patenting of a large number of theoretically operating systems that are far less economically viable in reality. In the prior art, a number of inventions relating to individual systems that generate heat and electricity are known. Systems known as the pyrolysis reaction, which involves the thermal decomposition of organic materials in an appropriate oxygen-free medium, are also known. Pyrolysis produces a variety of products, such as charcoal, ethanol, methane, hydrogen, oils, acids, secondary gases and many other chemicals. But usually all of these systems work separately and do not include process integration and optimization. The first advantage of the present invention is that it integrates all of the aforementioned systems (heat generating system, electric generating system and charcoal and other material generating system) which form one integrated system (1).
Kita vertus: nagrinėjant medžio anglies gamybos procesą technikos lygiu žinoma, kad šį procesą sudaro šios pakopos: į pirolizės kamerą pakraunama biomasė (pvz. mediena); degimo kameroje pradedamas kūrenti kuras (pvz.:On the other hand, it is known from the prior art that the process of making charcoal is known to comprise the following steps: biomass (eg wood) is loaded into the pyrolysis chamber; combustion chamber combustion (eg:
medienos atliekos, kita biomasė); karštu oru vyksta kameros kaitinimas; siekiant pirolizės kameroje palaikyti atitinkamą temperatūrą, karštas oro srautas reguliuojamas vožtuvais; jeigu karšto oro susidaro daugiau , nei tuo metu reikia, jis nukreipiamas tiesiai į išmetamųjų dujų kaminą; vykstant pirolizei, susidaro antrinės dujos, kurios nukreipiamos į degimo kamerą, nes jos yra gan kenksmingos aplinkai ir jų pašalinimas yra nepageidaujamas; degimo kameroje antrinės dujos sudega ir taip sumažina degimo kameroje medienos poreikį.wood waste, other biomass); hot chamber heating; the hot air flow is controlled by valves to maintain the pyrolysis chamber at an appropriate temperature; if more hot air is generated than is needed at the time, it is directed directly to the flue gas stack; Pyrolysis produces secondary gases which are diverted to the combustion chamber because they are quite harmful to the environment and their removal is undesirable; in the combustion chamber the secondary gas burns and thus reduces the wood demand in the combustion chamber.
Be to, šioje integruotoje sistemos naudojami ORC generatoriai.A second advantage of the present invention is that it substantially improves the charcoal production chain, introducing new elements: the integration and utilization of a thermal oil system and the integration and utilization of a heat exchanger system. In addition, this integrated system uses ORC generators.
Fig. 1 yra pateikta bendra integruotos sistemos (1), susidedančios iš šilumos jėgainės bloko, elektros generavimo bloko bei pirolizės būdu gaminamų produktų gamybos blokų / modulių, schema. Ši integruota sistema (1) susideda iš tokių atskirų, tarpusavyje susietų elementų / sistemų: degimo kameros (2), pirolizės kameros (3), karšto oro padavimo sistemos (4), antrinių dujų padavimo sistemos (5), išmetamųjų dujų šalinimo sistemos (6), šiluminės alyvos (termoalyvos) pirminio kaitinimo sistemos (7), šiluminės alyvos papildomo kaitinimo sistemos (8), organinio Rankino ciklo (ORC) generatoriaus (9), elektros energijos paskirstymo sistemos (10) ir šilumos energijos paskirstymo sistemos (11). Minėtoje integruotoje sistemoje (1) tokių grandinių gali būti ne viena, bet kelios.FIG. 1 is a general diagram of an integrated system (1) consisting of a thermal power plant unit, an electrical generating unit, and units / modules for the production of pyrolysis products. This integrated system (1) consists of the following separate, interconnected elements / systems: combustion chamber (2), pyrolysis chamber (3), hot air supply system (4), secondary gas supply system (5), exhaust system (2) 6), thermal oil (thermal oil) preheating system (7), thermal oil auxiliary heating system (8), organic Rankine cycle (ORC) generator (9), power distribution system (10) and heat energy distribution system (11) . The combustion chamber (2) is used to burn primary fuel such as wood, wood waste, biomass or other fuel suitable for this purpose. During the combustion of the primary fuel, heat is released which is directed to the pyrolysis chamber (3) by means of a hot air supply system (4). In this way, a pyrolysis chamber is heated in which wood or carbon and / or other chemicals are produced from the wood, e.g. gas. This gas is often referred to as secondary gas. If any component of this gas needs to be separated, it passes through appropriate separation systems and is then routed back to the combustion chamber (2), where the energy is directed to the combustion chamber (2), via the secondary gas supply system (5). the same pyrolysis chamber (3). This saves some of the primary fuel needed to produce charcoal. The hot air flow through the hot air supply system (4) is controlled by means of appropriate valves which direct the excess heat towards the exhaust system (6), i.e. to the chimney. This heat is not utilized in the ordinary production process, but the scheme of the present invention introduces a heat exchanger system comprising heat exchangers disposed in the combustion chamber (2), the pyrolysis chamber (3) and the exhaust gas exhaust system (6) respectively. The purpose of the heat exchanger system is to collect and transfer heat to the ORC generator (9). Therefore, using a standard charcoal production system, it is possible to heat the combustion chamber (2) more extensively, and utilize the excess heat for other purposes, such as storing heat and / or generating electricity from said heat exchanger system. The said heat exchangers are connected to a common circuit, which is connected in series and / or in parallel, for example: 9-> 7-> 8 -> ...-> 11-> 9. In the integrated system (1) mentioned above, there may be more than one such circuit.
Taip pat šią šilumą galima perduoti į centrinę šildymo sistemą (50-90° C).The start of the heat-collecting circuit of the heat exchanger system is the ORC generator (9), from which heat oil flows through the tubes. Initially, it reaches the exhaust system (6) and passes through the thermal oil preheating system (7) where the thermal oil is preheated. Subsequently, this heated thermal oil is directed to the heating oil reheating system (8). Because the thermal oil reheating system (8) is integrated into the combustion chamber (2) at a higher temperature than the exhaust gas exhaust system (6), the thermal oil is heated here to the required maximum temperature (about 320 ° C or higher depending on the internal parameters of the ORC generator (9)) and redirected back to the ORC generator (9). Alternatively, the circuit of the heat exchanger system may be passed through the pyrolysis chamber (3). In a heat exchanger system, the heat transfer agent function is thermal oil (thermal oil), which circulates through the pump through the heating oil heating circuit and the ORC generator, since water or water vapor in a circuit equipped with an ORC generator is an inappropriate or ineffective solution. If the thermal oil in the heat exchanger (8) does not reach the required temperature, circulation is reduced (the power of the ORC generator (9) is reduced) or the amount of primary fuel fed to the combustion chamber (2) remains constant or increases ). The ORC generator (9) converts a predetermined amount of heat into electricity and transmits it to the electrical energy storage and distribution system (10). The remaining heat energy and heat energy generated during the cooling process of the ORC generator is directed to a heat energy storage and distribution system (11) where the heat energy is stored / stored and can then be used for certain tasks: space heating, primary wood drying realization, production processes and similar needs. This heat can also be transferred to a central heating system (50-90 ° C).
Tokios integruotos sistemos (1) panaudojimas leidžia sutaupyti infrastruktūrinius žmogiškuosius resursus; leidžia optimizuoti logistikos ir žaliavų pristatymų sistemą / schemą; užtikrina verslo rizikos diversifikavimą, nes ekonominiu aspektu visą sistemą sudaro trys pajamų kryptys: anglis, elektra ir šiluma; leidžia naudoti tik vieną (vietoj trijų) degimo kamerą, kuri yra sujungta su anglies krosnimi ir termoalyvos šilumokaičių sistema; leidžia optimaliai panaudoti visą šilumą, išskiriamą pirminio kuro deginimo metu.The use of such an integrated system (1) enables the saving of infrastructure human resources; allows optimization of logistics / raw material delivery system / scheme; ensures the diversification of business risk, as the whole system consists of three revenue streams in economic terms: coal, electricity and heat; allows use of only one (instead of three) combustion chamber which is connected to the coal furnace and the thermal oil heat exchanger system; allows the optimum use of all the heat released during the combustion of primary fuel.
Pirolizės būdu gaminamų produktų spektras gali būti platus, todėl šią integruotą sistemą ir jos panaudojimo būdą galima lengvai perkelti ir adaptuoti kitiems organiniams bei neorganiniams produktams gaminti / išgauti. Be to, kai pirminio deginamo kuro vaidmenį atlieka biomasė, tiek šiluma, tiek elektra yra energija, pagaminta iš atsinaujinančių energijos šaltinių, todėl tokio pobūdžio integruotą sistemą galima priskirti prie alternatyvių, optimizuotai bei ūkiškai naudojamų hibridinių integruotų struktūrų, užtikrinančių bei pasižyminčių technologine pažanga bei ekonomiškumu, o taip pat gamtos neatsinaujinančių resursų saugojimu.The range of products produced by pyrolysis can be wide, so this integrated system and its application can be easily transferred and adapted to produce / extract other organic and inorganic products. In addition, where primary combustion fuels play a role in biomass, both heat and electricity are energy from renewable sources, making this type of integrated system an alternative, optimized and economically efficient hybrid integrated structure that delivers technological advances and cost effectiveness. as well as the conservation of non-renewable natural resources.
