Abstract

This invention is for advertising and can be used in bill hoardings, in which the information signs and pictures are demonstrated on whirling elements.The purpose of this invention is the extension of functional potentials of the hoarding and the improvement of the visual quality of information.The hoarding has a frame 1, a set of multi-angular prisms 2 with axles 4 and 5 on its ends and a rotating mechanism, which has a roll 10 with discs 11, fixed on it according to the number of prisms, with pins 12 located radially, interactive with stars 16, fixed on the one end of the prisms axles, with a radial working support. The new thing is that the pins 12 of the aforementioned discs are fixed to the rotating segments 13, rotating in regard to the roll 10 and fixed to the discs.
