Abstract

본 발명의 역반사 조성물은, 비휘발성 매트릭스물질, 휘발성 조성물 및 복수의 마이크로스피어 비이드로 구성되며, 역반사 마이크로스피어 비이드의 체적에 대한 메트릭스물질이 체적이 75% 내지 185%이며, 직물에 사용하기에 가장 적합하다.

Claims (23)

  1. 역반사 중심체 용구, 비휘발성 기질 재료 및 비휘발성 액체 성분으로 형성된 슬러리 타입의 역반사 조성물에 있어서, 개량은 75%~185% 범위에서 상기 기질 재료의 부피 대 상기 역반사 중심체 용구의 부피의 비로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기질에 조성물을 적용하는데 있어서, 조성물이 기질의 ㎠ 당 2,000~20,000 사이의 반-포화 중심체 밀도를 이루는 역반사 중심체 용구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기질 재료의 부피 대 상기 역반사 중심체 용구의 부피의 비가 약 110%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기질에 조성물의 적용에 있어서, 상기 기질 재료가 기질 재료 층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 기질에 조성물의 적용에 있어서, 역반사 중심체 용구가 중심체 용구 질량의 0.05%~1% 사이에서 점착 증진제로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 역반사 조성물이 중심체 용구 질량의 0.05%~1% 사이에서 점착 증진제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 비휘발성 기질 재료, 휘발성 성분, 역반사 중심체 용구의 다수, 색소 입자로 구성된 역반사 조성물에 있어서, 상기 기질 재료의 부피 대 상기 색소 입자를 더한 상기 역반사 중심체의 용구의 부피의 비가 50%~185% 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 색소 입자가 직경이 2미크론 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 기질에 조성물을 적용하는데 있어서, 조성물이 기질의 ㎠ 당 2,000~20,000 사이의 반-포화 중심체 밀도를 이루는 역반사 중심체 용구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기질 재료의 부피 대 색소 입자에 더한 상기 역반사 중심체 용구의 부피의 비가 약 100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기질 재료의 부피 대 상기 역반사 중심체 용구의 부피의 비가 75%~185%의 영역에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 확산된 광선에 노출되었을 때 보다 야간에 더 역반사하는 현상을 가지는 섬유, 비휘발성 기질 재료, 휘발성 성분 역반사 중심체 용구의 다수로 구성된 코팅 층의 적어도 한 부분에 적용된 섬유에 있어서, 상기 기질 재료의 부피 대 상기 역반사 중샘체 용구의 부피의 비가 75%~185% 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 코팅 층이 섬유의 ㎠ 당 2,000~20,000 사이의 반-포화 중심체 밀도를 이루는 역반사 중심체 용구로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 섬유는 외피인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 외피는 구두끈인 것을 특징으로 하는 외피.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 코팅 층은 섬유의 전 표면에 적용되어 집중된 광선 하에서 볼 때 실루엣을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유.
  17. 확산된 광선에 노출되었을 때 보다 야간에 더 역반사하는 현상을 가지는 섬유, 비휘발성 기질 재료, 휘발성 성분, 역반사 중심체 용구의 다수 및 색소 입자로 구성된 코팅 층의 적어도 한 부분에 적용된 섬유에 있어서, 상기 기질 재료의 부피 대 색소 입자를 더한 상기 역반사 중심체 용구의 부피의 비가 50%~185% 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 코팅 층이 섬유의 ㎠ 당 2,000~20,000 사이의 반-포화 중심체 밀도를 이루는 역반사 중심체 용구로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 색소 입자는 직경이 2미크론 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 섬유는 외피인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 외피는 구두끈인 것을 특징으로 하는 외피.
  22. 제17항에 있어서, 코팅 층은 섬유의 전 표면에 적용되어 집중된 광선 하에서 볼 때 실루엣을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유.
  23. 역반사 조성물로 섬유를 처리하는 방법에 있어서, 휘발성 성분과 비휘발성 기질 재료를 결합하여 커플러 화합물을 형성하고, 상기 커플러 화합물에 역반사 중심체 용구를 첨가하여 역반사 조성물을 형성하고, 회전 스크린 인쇄기를 사용하여 섬유에 상기 역반사 조성물을 적용하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
