Claims (9)

  1. 중공형 중합체 미소구, 구체적으로 탄성이 있는 비점착성의 열가소성 미소구를 포함하는 충전제 물질이 장입된 접착 매트릭스로 구성되는 전사가능한 압감 점착제 필름이 점착 테이프의 한면에 제공된 접착력 반발 백킹을 포함하는 점착 테이프에 있어서, 상기 접착제가 고무-수지 접착제를 포함하며, 접착 필름의 한면상의 충전재 함량은 반대면상의 충전재 함량보다 훨씬 많으며, 충전재 및 접착제의 형태 및 상대적 함량은 접착 필름이 전사된 후에 점착 필름이 물품에 영구히 점착할 수 있도록 접착 필름의 저충전재 면상에 비교적 높은 접착력을 지닐 수 있도록 선택되며, 접착 필름은 물품에 적용된 후 쉽게 찢어 버릴 수 있으며, 접착 필름은 물품이 접착 필름과 함께 기재에 박리 가능하게 적용될 수 있도록 필름의 고충전재 면상에 비교적 낮은 접착력을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착제 필름중의 충전재 함량이 접착 필름의 백킹면상에는 20내지 70부피%로, 오프-백킹 상에는 0내지 20부피%의 함량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착 필름이 2개의 층과 충전재 물질을 함유하는 백킹에 인접한 층만으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접착 필름의 2개의 층은 별개의 고무-수지 접착제를 지니며, 상기 접착제의 하나는 다른 접착제보다 높은 접착력을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
  5. 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접착 필름이 30내지150㎛, 바람직하게는 50내지 70㎛의 두께를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 접착 필름의 백킹면상의 고충전재층의 두께가 전체 접착필름 두께의 대부분의 두께를 차지하며, 상기 접착 필름의 오프-백킹면상의 충전재 없은 층의 두께가 충전재 입자로 야기되는 표면 불규칙성을 실질적으로 고르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
  7. 상기 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 충전재가 적어도 하나의 중공형 미소구, 왁스입자, 소수성 가연 실리카 및 섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 유리 또는 중합체 물질이며, 길이가 2내지 8mm이고, 직경이 10내지 30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착 테이프.
  9. 접착력 반발 백킹에 압감 접착 조성물 및 충전재 물질의 블랜드를 포함하는 제1코트를 도포하고, 제1코트에 단지 접착 조성물 및 상기 제1코트중의 충전재의 함량보다 상대적으로 적은 함량의 충전재를 포함하는 제2코트를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 항중 어느 한항에 기재된 접착 테이프의 제조방법.
