Abstract

유기- 알루미녹산 조성물을 생산하기 위한 방법이 제공된다. 본 방법은 유기-알루미녹산 분자를 포함하는 제1조성물을 생성하기 위해 용매와 혼합된 유기-알루미녹산 분자를 포함하는 제1혼합물 건조; 유기-알루미녹산 분자 및 상기 용매를 포함하는 제2혼합물을 생성하기 위해 용매와 제1조성물을 혼합; 유기-알루미녹산 조성물을 생성하기 위해 불용화제와 제2혼합물을 접촉하는 단계를 포함한다. 유기-알루미녹산 조성물을 포함하는 촉매를 사용한 중합 방법이 또한 제공된다.

Claims (15)

  1. (a) 용매와 혼합된 유기-알루미녹산 분자를 포함하는 제1혼합물 건조시켜 유기-알루미녹산 분자를 포함하는 제1조성물을 생성시키고; (b) 제1조성물을 용매와 혼합하여 유기-알루미녹산 분자 및 제2용매를 포함하는 제2혼합물을 생성시킨다음; (c) 제2혼합물을 불용화제와 접촉시켜 유기-알루미녹산 조성물을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는, 유기-알루미녹산 조성물의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(b) 및 (c)를 제2용매와 제1조성물을 혼합하기 전에 제2용매와 불용화제를 혼합함으로써 동시에 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 접촉 단계가 미립자 물질의 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 접촉단계가 미립자 물질이 실리카를 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 건조 단계가 진공 건조를 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 건조 단계가 미립자 물질의 존재하에서 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 미립자 물질이 실리카를 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 불용화제가 옥사이드, 퍼옥사이드, 알킬렌 옥사이드, 유기 카보네이트, 붕소-함유 유기 화합물, 또는 다하이드로카빌 ⅡA족 금속 화합물인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a) 및/또는 단계(b)에서 사용된 용매가 지방족인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 지방족 용매가 피라핀족인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a) 및/또는 단계(b)에서 사용된 용매가 약 -80℃내지 약 175℃의 온도 및 약 0 psi 내지 약 1000 psi의 압력에서 액체인 직쇄, 측쇄, 또는 시클릭 알칸인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 용매가 펜탄, 헥산, 헵탄, 옥탄, 노난, 데칸, 이소부탄, 이소펜탄, 이소헥산, 이소헵탄, 이소옥탄, 이소노난, 이소데칸, 또는 임의의 2종 이상의 용매의 혼합물인 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 유기- 알루미녹산 조성물을 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에 중합을 수행하는 것을 포함하는 올레핀 중합 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 올레핀이 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 3-메틸-1-부텐, 3-메틸-1펜텐, 3-에틸-1-헥센, 1-헥센, 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 1-옥텐, 1-헥사데센, 시클로펜텐, 노르보넨, 스티렌, 4-메틸 스티렌, 비닐 시크로헥산, 부타디엔, 또는 임의의 이들 올레핀의 2종 이상의 혼합물인 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 슬러리 중합 조건하에서 수행되는 방법.
