Abstract

본 발명은 하기를 포함하는 마이크로-메소 다공성 물질의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다 : a) 임의적으로 하나 이상의 금속 화합물의 존재 하에, 테트라알킬오르토 실리케이트, C3-C6알킬 알콜 또는 디알콜, 화학식 R1(R2)3N-OH (식 중에서, R1은 C3-C7알킬이고, R2는 C1또는 C3- C7알킬이다)을 갖는 테트라알킬암모늄히드록시드로부터 출발하는 혼합물의 제조, 이 때 몰비가 하기 범주 내임 : -알킬/SiO2≤20; -R1(R2)3N-OH/SiO2=0.05-0.4; -H2O/SiO2=1-40; -금속산화물/SiO2=0-0.02;b) 이 혼합물의 가수분해 후, 20℃ 내지 알콜의 알콜 또는 존재하는 알콜들의 혼합물의 비점 부근의 온도에서의 겔화;c) 수득된 겔의 건조 및 하소.
이에 수득된 물질은 500㎡/g 초과의 표면적, 0.3 내지 1.3㎖/g의 동공 체적, 40A미만의 평균 동공 직경 및, 결정성 구조를 가지지 않으나, 단 2θ=5°이하의 각도에서 폭넓은 “분산”을 가능히 갖는 분말로부터의 X선 회절 스펙트럼(XRD)을 특징으로 한다.
상기 물질을 정련, 석유화학, 일반 화학 및 세부 화학 분야에서, 산업 공정에 불균이 촉매, 흡착제 또는 촉매용 담체로서 편리하게 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 다공성의 조절된 분포를 갖는 고표면적을 가지는 마이크로-메소 다공성 물질의 제조 방법으로서, 하기를 포함하는 제조 방법 : a) 임의적으로 하나 이상의 금속 화합물의 존재 하에, 테트라알킬오르토 실리케이트, C3-C6알킬 알콜 또는 디알콜, 화학식
    R1(R2)3N-OH
    (식 중에서, R1은 C3-C7알킬이고, R2는 C1또는 C3-C7알킬이다)을 갖는 테트라알킬암모늄 히드록시드로부터 출발하는 혼합물의 제조, 이 때 몰비가 하기 범주 내임 : -알킬/SiO2≤20; -R1(R2)3N-OH/SiO2=0.05-0.4; -H2O/SiO2=1-40; -금속산화물/SiO2=0-0.02;b) 이 혼합물의 가수분해 후, 20℃ 내지 알콜의 알콜 또는 존재하는 알콜들의 혼합물의 비점 부근의 온도에서의 겔화; c) 수득된 겔의 건조 및 하소.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 테트라알킬암모늄 히드록시드가 C6-C7일킬기를 가지는 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알킬트리메틸암모늄 히드록시드가 C4-C7알킬기를 가지는 제조 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알콜이 프로판올 및 부탄올로부터 선택되는 제조 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 가수분해 및 겔화 처리를 25 내지 50℃의 온도에서 수행하는 제조 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 개방계에서 수행되는 제조 방법.
