Abstract

본 발명은 광휘소둔 사상형 내면 고평활 스테인레스 강관은, 내면조도가 Rmax에서 1.0㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하고, 반도체 제조장치용의 클린파이프등으로 적합하다.
본 발명의 제조방법에 의하면, 내면 고평활 스테인레스 강관을 냉간 인발하여 광휘열처리의 그대로 얻을 수 있다. 이것에 의해, 종래 필수로 되어 있던 전기화학연마등의 처리를 생략할 수도 있으며, 제조코스트를 대폭으로 저감시키는 것이 가능해지고, 반도체 제조분야등에서 널리 이용할 수 있다.

광휘소둔 사상형 내면 고평활(光輝燒鈍仕上型內面高平滑)스테인레스 강관 및 그 제조 방법(BRIGHT-ANNEALED HIGHLY SMOOTH INNER SURFACE STAINLESS STEEL PIPE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME)

제1도는 돌기부를 가진 단이 붙은 원통(圓筒) 플러그의 형상과, 이것을 사용하는 인발방법을 나타내는 일부 파단(破斷)측면도 및 종단면도,
제2도는 돌기부를 가진 단이 붙은 플로팅 플러그의 형상과, 이것을 사용하는 인발방법을 나타내는 일부 파단 측면도 및 종단면도,
제3도는 돌기부를 가진 다이 붙은 플로팅 플러그를 사용하여 인발하는 경우의, 내면조도 Rmax의 추이를 나타내는 도면,
제4도는 돌기부를 가진 단이 붙은 플로팅 플러그를 사용하여 인발하는 경우의, 관재내면이 플러그에서 떨어졌을 때의 상태를 나타내는 종단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 내면조도(粗度)가 Rmax에서 1.0㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 광휘소둔 사상형 내면 고평활 스테인레스 강관.
  2. 다이스와 원통 플러그에 의하여 관을 냉간인발한후, 광휘열처리하여 클린파이프를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 플러그 하부의 사상부의 일부에 링모양의 돌기부를 가진 상기의 플러그를 사용하여, 이 링모양의 돌기부의 일측 단차부가 다이스의 베어링부(사상 평행부)의 구간내에 들어가는 상태를 유지하면서 냉간인발하고, 그 후 광휘 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면조도가 Rmax에서 1.0㎛ 이하인 광휘소둔 사상형 내면 고평활 스테인레스 강관의 제조방법.
  3. 다이스와 플로팅 플러그에 의하여 관을 냉간인발한 후, 광휘 열처리하여 클린파이프를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 플러그 후부의 사상부에 비테이퍼부와 이것에 연속하는 링모양의 돌기부를 가진 상기의 플러그를 사용하여 이 링모양의 돌기부의 입측 단차부가 다이스의 베어링부(사상 평행부)의 구간내에 들어가는 상태를 유지하면서 냉간인발하고, 그 후 광휘 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면조도가 Rmax에서 1.0㎛ 이하인 광휘소둔 사상형 내면 고평활 스테인레스 강관의 제조방법.
  4. 다이스와 플로팅 플러그에 의하여 관을 냉간인발한 후, 광휘 열처리하여 클린 파이프를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 플러그의 테이퍼부의 두께가공부에 링모양의 오목부를 가진 상기의 플러그를 사용하여 냉간인발하고, 그 후 광휘 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내면조도가 Rmax에서 1.0㎛ 이하인 광휘소둔 사상형 내면 고평활 스테인레스 강관의 제조방법.
