디지탈 부호화 방법으로서, 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림을 수신하는 단계와, 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 부호화 단위인 액세스 유니트의 크기와 디코드 시각을 검출하는 단계와, 각 디코드 시각마다 검출된 복수의 디지탈 비트 스트림의 복수의 엑세스 유니트의 크기를 비교해서 액세스 유니트의 크기의 최대치를 선택하는 단계와, 각 디코드 시각에 있어서 액세스 유니트의 크기가 선택된 최대치와 같아지도록 가상 스트림을 구성하는 단계와, 상기 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 각각을 패킷화하는 단계로서, 액세스 유니트가 가상 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기에 만족치 못한 때에 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기와 가상 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기와의 차이값에 대해서 페이딩 패킷을 사용해서 패킷화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 부호화 방법.

Claims (8)

  1. 디지탈 부호화 방법에 있어서, 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림을 수신하는 단계와, 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 부호화 단위인 액세스 유니트의 크기와 디코드 시각을 검출하는 단계와, 각 디코드 시각마다 검출된 복수이 디지탈 비트 스트림의 복수의 액세스 유니트의 크기를 비교해서 액세스 유니트의 크기의 최대치를 선택하는 단계와, 각 디코드 시각에 있어서 액세스 유니트의 크기가 선택된 최대치와 같아지도록 가상 스트림을 구성하는 단계와, 상기 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 각각을 패킷화하는 단계로서, 액세스 유니트가 가상 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기에 만족치 못한 때에 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기와 가상 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기와의 차이값에 대해서 페이딩 패킷을 사용해서 패킷화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 부호화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 각각은 비디오 스트림이고, 최소한 오디오 스트림을 수신하는 단계와, 상기 가상 스트림을 가상의 비디오 스트림으로서, 가상 스트림과 최소한 오디오 스트림을 사용해서 디코더로의 공급 시각 및 패킷의 크기를 결정하는 단계를 갖는 상기 패킷화 단계는, 디코더로의 공급 시각 및 패킷의 크기의 정보를 사용해서 비디오 스트림 및 오디오 스트림을 패킷화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 부호화 방법.
  3. 디지탈 신호 부호화 장치에 있어서, 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림을 수신하는 수신 단자와, 상기 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 부호화 단위인 액세스 유니트의 크기와 디코드 시각을 검출하는 액세스 유니트 검출 장치와, 각 디코드 시각 마다, 검출된 복수의 디지탈 비트 스트림의 복수의 액세스 유니트의 크기를 비교해서, 액세스 유니트의 크기의 최대치를 선택하는 최대치 검출 장치와, 각 디코드 시각에 있어서, 액세스 유니트의 크기가 상기 선택된 최대치와 같아지도록 가상 스트림을 구성하는 스케쥴러와, 상기 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 각각을 패킷화 하는 패킷화 장치로서, 상기 액세스 유니트가 상기 가상 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기에 만족하지 아니할 때에, 상기 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기와 가상 스크림의 액세스 유니트의 크기와의 차이값에 대해서 페이딩 패킷을 사용해서 패킷화 하는 패킷화 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 신호 부호화 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 각각은 비디오 스트림이고, 상기 디지탈 신호 부호화 장치는 최소한 오디오 스트림을 수신하는 수신 단자를 갖고, 상기 스케줄러는 상기 가상 스트림을 가상의 비디오 스트림으로서 상기 가상 스트림과 상기 최소한의 오디오 스트림을 사용해서 디코더로의 공급시각 및 패킷의 크기를 결정하고, 상기 패킷화 장치는 디코더로의 공급시각 및 패킷의 크기의 정보를 사용해서 비디오 스트림 및 오디오 스트림을 패킷화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 신호 부호화 장치.
  5. 디지탈 신호 전송 방법에 있어서, 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림을 수신하는 단계와, 상기 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 부호화 단위인 액세스 유니트의 크기와디코드 시각을 검출하는 단계(액세스 유니트 검출기)와, 각 디코드 시각 마다, 검출된 복수의 디지탈 비트 스트림의 복수의 액세스 유니트의 크기를 비교해서, 액세스 유니트의 크기의 최대치를 선택하는 단계(최대치 검출기)와, 각 디코드시각에 있어서, 액세스 유니트의 크기가 선택된 최대치에 같아지도록 가상 스트림을 구성하는 단계(스케쥴러)와, 상기 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 각각을 패킷화 하는 단계(패킷화 장치)로서, 상기 액세스 유니트가 상기 가상 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기에 만족하지 않는 경우, 상기 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기와 상기 가상 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기와의 차이값에 대해서 페이딩 패킷을 사용해서 패킷화 하는 단계와, 상기 각각의 패킷화 된 복수의 스트림을 1개의 스트림으로서 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 신호 전송 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 각각은 비디오 스트림이고, 최소한 오디오 스트림을 수신하는 단계와, 상기 가상 스트림을 가상의 비디오 스트림으로서 상기 가상 스트림과 상기 최소한의 오디오 스트림을 사용해서, 디코더로의 공급시각 및 패킷의 크기를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하고, 상기 패킷화 단계는 상기 디코더로의 공급시각 및 패킷의 크기의 정보를 사용해서 상기 비디오 스트림 및 오디오 스트림을 패킷화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 신호 전송 방법.
  7. 기록신호가 기록되는 기록매체에 있어서, 기록매체에 기록되는 기록신호는, 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림을 수신하는 단계와, 상기 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 부화화 단위인 액세스 유니트의 크기와 디코드시각을 검출하는 단계(액세스 유니트 검출기)와, 각 디코드 시각 마다, 검출된 복수의 디지탈 비트 스트림의 복수의 액세스 유니트의 크기를 비교해서 액세스 유니트의 크기의 최대치를 선택하는 단계(최대치 검출기)와, 각 디코드시각에 있어서, 액세스 유니트의 크기가 선택된 최대치와 같아지도록 가상 스트림을 구성하는 단계(스케쥴러)와, 상기 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 각각을 패킷화 단계(패킷화 장치)로서, 상기 액세스 유니트가 상기 가상 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기에 만족하지 않는 경우, 상기 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기와 상기 가상 스트림의 액세스 유니트의 크기와의 차이값에 대해서 페이딩 패킷을 사용해서 패킷화 하는, 패킷화 단계로부터 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 디지탈 신호의 비트 스트림의 각각은 비디오 스트림이고, 최소한 오디오 스트림을 수신하는 단계와, 상기 가상 스트림을 가상의 비디오 스트림으로서, 상기 가상 스트림과 상기 최소한의 오디오 스트림을 사용해서 디코더로의 공급시각 및 패킷의 크기를 결정하는 단계를 구비하고, 상기 패킷화 단계는 상기 디코더로의 공급시각 및 패킷의 크기의 정보를 사용해서 상기 비디오 스트림 및 오디오 스트림을 패킷화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 매체.
