Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 노즐의 간단하고 믿을 수 있는 체결이 보장되는 배출가스 터보과급기의 배출가스 터빈을 디자인하는 것이다.
이것은 노즐링(14)이 노즐링의 외부 링(11)에 의해 덮개링(8)에 걸리고 노즐링의 내부링(12)에 의해 입구케이스(1)에 걸리는 본 발명에 따라서 이루어진다. 측팽창 갭(15)은 외부링(11)과 가스 입구 케이스(1)사이에 형성되고 반경팽창 갭(16)은 외부링(11)과 가스 출구 케이스(2) 사이에 형성된다.

제1도는 배출가스 터빈의 영역에서 배출가스 터보과급기의 부분 종단면도, 제2도는 외부링의 영역에서, 제1도로부터 상세하게 확대된 도면, 제3도는 제2도의 전형적인 실시예라는 것을 제외하고는, 제1도와 대응하는 설명도.
Claims (7)
- a) 터빈 케이스(3)를 형성하도록 접속 소자(4)에 의해 접속된 가스 입구 및 가스 출구 케이스(1, 2)와, b) 터빈 케이스(3)에 배열되고 축(5)에 의해 지지된 터빈로우터(6)와 c) 가스 출구 케이스(2)내에 체결된 터빈 로우터(6)의 덮개링(8)과, d) 덮개링(8)과 가스 입구 케이스(1) 사이에 축방향이면서 가스 출구 케이스(2) 내부에 반경 방향으로, 터빈 로우터(6)의 상류에 배열되고, 외부링(11)과, 비틀림에 대해 안전한 방법으로 위치 소자(19)에 의해 가스 입구 케이스(1) 상에 지지되는 내부링(12)과 내부링 사이에 형성된 다수의 유도날개(13)를 포함하는 노즐링(14)을 기본적으로 포함하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 배출가스 터빈에 있어서, e) 상기 노즐링(14)은 덮개링(8)에 대해서는 노즐링의 외부링(11)으로 지지되고, 가스 입구 케이스(1)에 대해서는 노즐링의 내부링(12)에 지지되며, f) 축팽창 갭(15)은 외부링(11)과 가스 입구 케이스(1) 사이에 형성되고 반경팽창 갭(16)은 외부링(11)과 가스 출구 케이스(2) 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 배출가스 터빈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가스 입구 케이스(1)에 대한 봉인면(17)은 가스 출구 케이스(2) 상에 배열되고 조립품갭(18)은 가스 입구 케이스(1)와 가스 출구 케이스(2)사이의 봉인면(17) 외부의 반경 방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 배출가스 터빈.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 축, 반경 또는 축 및 반경팽창 갭(15,16)의 폭은 외부링(11)과 가스 입구 케이스(1) 및 외부링(11)과 가스 출구 케이스(2) 각각의 최대 열팽창 이상으로 디자인 되어야하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 배출가스 터빈.
- 제3항에 있어서, 외부 및 내부링(11, 12)은 각기 덮개링(8)과 가스 입구 케이스(1)보다 상당히 더 작은 재료 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 배출가스 터빈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 외부와 내부링(11, 12)은 박판 금속으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 배출가스 터빈.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가스 입구 케이스(1) 및 가스 출구 케이스(2)로 축방향 확실하게 잠겨지는 고정부(24)는 상기 가스 입구 케이스(1) 상에 배열되고 접속 소자용(4) 리세스(25)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 배출가스 터빈.
- 제6항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 반경갭(26)이 가스 입구 케이스(1)와 고정부(24) 사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배출가스 터보과급기의 배출가스 터빈.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
