Abstract

본 발명은 반도체 디바이스 프로브 장치에 관한 것으로, 홀이 형성된 프로브회로기판과, 프로브회로기판의 홀을 덮으며 프로브회로기판에 고정형성되는 니들정렬판과, 니들정렬판에 다수개 형성되되 대응하는 칩 패드위치로부터 일정거리에 형성되는 프로브니들관통홀과, 니들정렬판의 프로브니들관통홀을 관통하여 고정되고 탐침부가 정렬되며 프로브회로기판의 대응하는 단자부에 전기적 접속되는 표준화된 다수개의 프로브니들(probe needle)을 포함하여 이루어진다.

제2도의 (가)는 본 발명에 따른 일실시예의 반도체 디바이스 프로브 장치 일부의 평면도이고, (나)는 (가)도의 B-B선에 따른 단면도이다. (다)는 프로브니들의 일부를 도시한 도면.

Claims (8)

  1. 반도체 디바이스 프로브 장치에 있어서, 홀이 형성된 프로브회로기판과, 상기 프로브회로기판의 홀을 덮으며 프로브회로기판에 고정형성되는 니들정렬판과, 상기 니들정렬판에 다수개 형성되되, 대응하는 칩 패드위치로부터 일정거리에 형성되는 프로브니들관통홀과, 상기 니들정렬판의 프로브니들관통홀을 관통하여 고정되고 탐침부가 정렬되며, 상기 프로브회로기판의 대응하는 단자부에 전기적 접속되는 표준화된 다수개의 프로브니들(probe needle)을 포함하여 이루어진 반도체 디바이스 프로브장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로브회로기판에 상기 니들정렬기판의 고정은, 상기 프로브회로기판과 니들정렬판 사이에 보강재를 개재하여 형성하는 것이 특징인 반도체 디바이스 프로브장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프로브회로기판에 상기 프로브니들의 전기적의 접속은, 상기 프로브니들이 상기 프로브회로기판에 형성된 홀을 통하여 연장되어 프로브회로기판의 상기 니들정렬판이 형성된 면의 배면으로 접속되는 것이 특징인 반도체 디바이스 프로브 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프로브회로기판에 상기 프로브니들의 전기적의 접속은, 상기 니들정렬판에 배선을 형성하여 상기 프로브니들을 상기 배선에 접속하고 상기 배선과 프로브회로기판의 단자부를 전기적 연결시키는 것이 특징인 반도체 디바이스 프로브장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로브니들은, 2단 절곡된 크랭크 형태인 것을 특징인 반도체 디바이스 프로브 장치.
  6. 반도체 디바이스 프로브 장치에 있어서, 다수개의 프로브 니들 관통홀이 형성된 프로브회로기판과, 상기 프로브니들 관통홀에 삽입되어 고정형성되고, 상기 프로브회로기판의 대응되는 단자부에 전기적 접속되는 다수개의 프로브니들을 포함하여 이루어진 반도체 디바이스 프로브 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프로브니들과 프로브기판의 전기적 접속은, 상기 프로브기판 내부 또는 외부에 배선을 형성하여 상기 프로브니들을 상기 배선에 접속시키고, 상기 배선을 상기 프로브회로기판의 대응되는 단자에 접속시키는 것이 특징인 반도체 디바이스 프로브 장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프로브니들은, 2단 절곡된 크랭크 형의 표준화된 형태인 것이 특징인 반도체 디바이스 프로브 장치.
