Abstract
필터엘리멘트(fillter element)에는 천연 또는 합성고분자로된 중공사형 분리막(hollow fiber type separation membranes)의 번들(bundle)과 열가소성 수지로된 시일링부(sealed part)를 구성된다.
그번들은 적어도 하나외 그 말단부(terminai part)에 개구를 가진다.
그 시일부재는 그 고분자의 용융온도 또는 분해온도보다 낮은 온도에서 그 번들에 접찹되어 그 고분자와 상용성이 없고 접착계면을 남긴 반용융상태에서 그 번들의 개구를 수밀하게 시일링(sealing)하도록 한다.

Claims (11)
- 천연고분자 또는 합성고분자로 되고 적어도 1개의 개구단부를 가진 중공사형 결속분리막과, 상기 고분자의 용융 또는 분해온도이하에서 상기막에 접합되고 상기 고분자와 상용성이 없으며 상호 접합계면을 가진 반접합상태에서 상기 개구단부를 시일링한 열가소성 수지로된 시일링부(sealed parts)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 필터엘리멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공사형 분리막은 내부면에 평활한 스킨층과 외부면에 미세한 요철이 있는 지지층을 가진 비대칭막임을 특징으로 하는 필터엘리멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공사형 분리막은 구멍직경 0.01~5㎛의 구멍을 가진 미세다공성 중공사형 분리막임을 특징으로 하는 필터엘리멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지는 폴리올레핀 형수지, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 폴리롤루오로알킬에테르의 고폴리머 및 폴루오린형 수지의 그룹에서 선택한 하나의 멤버(member)임을 특징으로 하는 필터엘리멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공사형 분리막은 150㎜의 길이를 가지며, 캔틸레버(cantilever)방식으로 지지될 때에는 그 자체 중량에 의해 그 자유단부에 65㎜이하의 휨을 나타내고, 파열강도는 60gf/막이하임을 특징으로 하는 필터엘리멘트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀형 수지는 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리프로필렌으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나의 멤버임을 특징으로 하는 필터엘리멘트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 플루오린형 수지는 폴리테트라폴루오로에틸렌 및 플루오린화에틸렌프로필렌으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나의 멤버임을 특징으로 하는 필터엘리멘트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비대칭막은 역삼투막임을 특징으로 하는 필터엘리멘트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비대칭막은 울트라필터막임을 특징으로 하는 필터엘리멘트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 비대칭막은 가스분리막임을 특징으로 하는 필테엘리멘트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자는 셀룰로오스, 셀룰로오스 에스테르, 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리아미드 및 폴리아크릴로니트릴로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나의 멤버임을 특징으로 하는 필터엘리멘트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
