Abstract
칼라 발광을 하는 형광층을 구비한 액정 표시 소자용 백 라이트 장치가 개시되어 있다. 상기 장치는 액정 표시부에 상응하는 길이를 가지고 평행하게 배열된 복수개의 냉음극 형광튜브; 및 상기 냉음극 형광튜브의 단부와 결합되어 지지하는 지지 플레이트를 포함하고, 상기 냉음극 형광튜브는 순차적으로 점멸되어 상기 액정 표시부가 연속적인 화상을 형성하도록 하며, 상기 형광층을 발광시키기 위해 380-420nm의 파장에 해당하는 근자외선 또는 심청색광을 방출한다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 백 라이트 장치의 사시도이다. 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 백 라이트 장치의 다른 실시예를 도시한 단면도이다.
Claims (7)
- 칼라 발광을 하는 형광층을 구비한 액정 표시 소자용 백 라이트 장치에 있어서, 액정 표시부에 상응하는 길이를 가지고 평행하게 배열된 복수개의 냉음극 형광튜브; 및 상기 냉음극 형광튜브의 단부와 결합되어 지지하는 지지 플레이트를 포함하고, 상기 냉음극 형광튜브는 순차적으로 점멸되어 상기 액정 표시부가 연속적인 화상을 형성하도록 하며, 상기 형광층을 발광시키기 위해 380~420nm의 파장에 해당하는 근자외선 또는 심청색광을 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순차 점멸 백 라이트 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광층은 Sr10(PO4)6C12;Eu2+, (Sr0.9Ca0.1)10(PO4)6Cl2; Eu2-,Sr3MgSi2O8; Eu2+, Ba3MgSi2O8;Eu2-,ZnS;Ag, Cl ZnS;Ag,Al,ZnS;Ag 및 ZnS;Ag, Ga를 포함하는 청색 발광 형광체, SrAl2O4;Eu2+,SrGa2S4;Eu2+,Y3Al5O12;Ce3+,ZnS;Cu,ZnS;Cu,Al 및 ZnS;Cu,Au,Al를 포함하는 녹색 발광 형광체 및 6MgOㆍAs2O5;Mn,3.5MgOㆍ0.5Mgf2ㆍGeO2;Mn,SrY2S4;Eu,SrY2S4;Mn 및 Y2O3;Eu를 포함하는 적색 발광 형광체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 냉음극 형광튜브는 Co, Ni 및 Fe 중에서 적어도 하나 이상으로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 라이트 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 냉음극 형광튜브는 SrP2O7;Eu,SrMgP2O7;Eu,Sr3(PO4)2:Eu,(Sr,Ba)Al2Si2O8;Eu,Y2Si2O7;Ce,ZnGa2O4;Li,Ti,YTaO4;Nb,CaWO4,BaFX;Eu(X는 할로겐),(Sr,Ca)Oㆍ2B2O3;Eu,SrAl12O14;Eu및 Y2SiO5;Ce로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 형광체로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시소자.
- 칼라 발광을 하는 형광층을 구비한 액정 표시 소자용 백 라이트 장치에 있어서, 광원인 발광 다이오우드; 및 상기 발광 다이오우드가 일렬로 결합되어 하나의 광열을 구성하는 복수개의 평행한 지지 플레이트를 포함하고, 상기 지지 플레이트상의 다이오우드가 열에 따라 순차적으로 점멸되어 상기 액정 표시부가 연속적인 화상을 형성하도록 하며, 상기 발광 다이오드는 상기 형광층을 발광시키기 위해 380-420nm의 파장에 해당하는 근자외선 또는 심청색광을 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 순차점멸 백 라이트 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 형광층은 Sr10(PO4)6C12;Eu2+, (Sr0.9Ca0.1)10(PO4)6Cl2; Eu2+, Sr3MgSi2O8; Eu2+, Ba3MgSi2O8;Eu2+, ZnS;Ag, Cl ZnS;Ag,Al, ZnS;Ag 및 ZnS;Ag, Ga를 포함하는 청색 발광 형광체, SrAl2O4;Eu2+, SrGa2S4;Eu2+, Y3Al5O12;Ce3+,ZnS; Cu,ZnS; Cu,Al 및 ZnS; Cu,Au,Al를 포함하는 녹색 발광 형광체 및 6MgOㆍAs2O5; Mn,3.5MgOㆍ0.5Mgf2ㆍGeO2; Mn,SrY2S4; Eu,SrY2S4; Mn 및 Y2O3; Eu를 포함하는 적색 발광 형광체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트 장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 발광 다이오우드는 GaN형 반도체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백 라이트 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
