Abstract

미니디스크를 재생하기 위한 차량탑재용 디스크장치 등의 디스크장치에 관한 것으로서, 조립이 간단하고 소형화가 가능한 디스크장치를 얻기 위해, 1장의 회전식 캠(55)에 마련된 2개의 다른 홈을 각각 이동하는 핀, 회전식 캠상에 마련된 핀, 이들의 핀의 이동에 연동하는 레버를 갖고 이 레버의 동작에 의해 플로팅 베이스(21)의 록 및 해제동작 또 카트리지의 반입/반출동작을 실행하는 구성으로 하였다.
이러한 구성에 의해, 기계적인 부품의 간략화, 부품의 삭감, 기계적부분의 조립의 효율화 및 장치의 콤팩트화 등의 제품화시의 문제를 해결할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.

Claims (3)

  1. 샤시에 탄성체를 거쳐서 유지되는 플로팅베이스, 상기 플로팅베이스에 대해서 수직방향으로 변위가 자유롭게 지지되는 홀더, 상기 홀더에 디스크 카트리지의 삽입/배출방향으로 슬라이딩 자유롭게 지지되고 삽입된 디스크 카트리지를 유지해서 반송하는 슬라이더, 디스크 카트리지의 상기 홀더로의 삽입시의 이동 및 배출시의 이동시에 상기 플로팅베이스를 상기 샤시에 고정하고 디스크 카트리지의 기록 또는 재생시에 상기 플로팅베이스를 상기 샤시에서 개방하는 록수단 및 상기 샤시에 회전가능하게 마련되고 디스크 카트리지의 상기 홀더로의 삽입 및 상기 홀더로부터의 배출시에 상기 슬라이더를 디스크 카트리지와 함께 반송하도록 상기 슬라이더와 걸어맞추고 디스크 카트리지의 기록 및 재생시에 상기 슬라이더에서 이반하는 구동암수단을 구비한 디스크 장치.
  2. 디스크 카트리지의 삽입/배출방향으로 슬라이딩 자유롭게 지지되고 디스크 카트리지를 유지해서 반송하는 슬라이더, 한쪽 끝이 축에 회전가능하게 지지되고 다른쪽 끝이 상기 슬라이더와 걸어맞춰져 디스크 카트리지의 삽입/배출을 실행하는 제1암, 한쪽 끝이 상기 제1암과 동일 축에 회전가능하게 지지되고 상기 제1암과 협동해서 간극을 형성하는 제2암, 상기 간극내에 유동가능하게 끼워지는 돌출부를 갖는 회전부재 및 상기 제1 및 제2암 사이에 걸어 마련되고 그들의 암을 상기 회전부재의 상기 돌출부가 걸어맞추는 상기 간극을 좁게 하도록 서로 마주보는 방향으로 힘을 가하는 스프링을 구비하고, 적어도 상기 제1암이 상기 슬라이더에서 분리되어 있고 상기 회전부재의 상기 돌출부가 상기 간극의 한쪽 끝에 있는 동안은 상기 회전부재의 상기 돌출부가 상기 스프링에 의해 상기 간극내에서 확실하게 유지되도록 상기 간극은 형성되어 있는 디스크장치.
  3. 샤시에 탄성체를 거쳐서 유지되는 플로팅베이스, 상기 플로팅베이스에 대해서 수직방향으로 변위가 자유롭게 지지되고 디스크 카트리지가 삽입되는 홀더, 상기 샤시에 대해서 슬라이딩가능하게 마련되고 상기 플로팅베이스를 상기 샤시에 고정하고 또한 샤시로부터의 고정해제를 실행하는 1쌍의 슬라이드 플레이트, 상기 1쌍의 슬라이드 플레이트를 슬라이딩시키는 1쌍의 암 및 상기 1쌍의 암을 구동하는 회전부재를 구비한 디스크장치.
