Abstract

본 발명은 카용 씨디플레이어의 디스크 안내장치에 관한 것으로, 120㎜ 디스크(130)와 80㎜ 디스크(140)의 진입범위를 줄이기 위해 디스크(130)(140)의 일측면부에 접촉되어 디스크(130)(140)의 진입을 안내하도록 일정각도 회동하는 제1회전 안내부재(50)와 상기 제1회전안내부재(50)의 반대측에 설치되고 디스크(130)(140)의 타측면부에 접촉되어 제1회전안내부재(50)의 반대방향으로 동시에 회전하여 디스크(130)(140)의 진입을 안내하는 제2회전안내부재(52)화, 상기 제1, 제2회전안내부재(50)(52)가 디스크(130)(140)의 크기에 따라 회전하도록 제1, 제2회전안내부재 (50)(52)를 동작시키는 작동누름부재(20)와, 상기 제1, 제2회전안내부재(50)(52)의 안내를 받아서 회전로울러(80)에 의해 덱크(90)의 텐테이블(120)상으로 이송된 디스크(130)(140)의 로딩완료상태를 감지하는 디스크 진입감지부재(70)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카용 씨디플레이어의 디스크 안내장치인바, 디스크를 텐테이블로 정확하게 가이드 해주므로써 디스크 척킹시 디스크가 텐테이블에 제대로 안착되지 못하여 디스크가 파손되거나 부서지는 것을 방지해 준다.

Claims (4)

  1. 회전로울러(80)상에 삽입된 120㎜ 디스크(130) 및 80㎜ 디스크(140)를 덱크 (90)내에 설치된 텐테이블(120)상으로 이송시키는 로딩장치에 있어서, 상기 120㎜ 디스크(130)와 80㎜ 디스크(140)의 진입범위를 줄이기 위해 디스크(130)(140)의 일측면부에 접촉되어 디스크(130)(140)의 진입을 안내하도록 일정각도 회동하는 제1회전 안내부재(50)와 상기, 제1회전안내부재(50)의 반대측에 설치되고 디스크(130) (140)의 타측면부에 접촉되어 제1회전안내부재(50)의 반대 방향으로 동시에 회전하여 디스크(130)(140)의 진입을 안내하는 제2회전안내부재(52)와, 상기 제1, 제2회전안내부재(50)(52)가 디스크(130)(140)의 크기에 따라 회전하도록 제1, 제2회전안내부재(50)(52)를 동작시키는 작동누름부재(20)와, 상기 제1, 제2회전안내부재(50) (52)의 안내를 받아서 회전로울러(80)에 의해 덱크(90)의 텐테이블(120)상으로 이송된 디스크(130)(140)의 로딩완료상태를 감지하는 디스크 진입감지부재(70)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카용씨디플레이어의 디스크 안내장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1회전안내부재(50)는 고정판(60) 일측면에 돌설된 힌지(61)에 대해 ㄱ자 형상으로 절곡설치되어 일정각도 회전하고 끝단부에 부착된 제1누름판(64)이 디스크(130)(140)의 외주면을 눌러주는 제1회전레버(63)와, 상기 제1회전레버(63)에 회전탄성력을 제공하기 위해 제1회전레버(63)와 고정판(60)상에 연결 설치된 제1탄성스프링(65)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카용 씨디플레이어의 디스크 안내장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2회전안내부재(82)는 고정판(60)의 타측면상에 돌설된 힌지(57)에 대해 상기 제1회전레버(63)의 끝단부에 돌설된 고정돌기(67)에 끼움공(54)이 끼움결합되어 제1회전레버(63)에 회동에 의해 제1회전레버(63)와 동일각도로 반대방향으로 회전하는 제2회전레버(53)와, 상기 제2회전레버(53)의 끝단부에 설치되어 디스크(130)(140)의 외주면을 눌러주는 제2누름판(55)와, 상기 제2회전레버(53)에 회전 탄성력을 제공하기 위해 제2회전레버(53)와 고정판(60)상에 연결설치된 제2탄성스프링(56)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카용 씨디플레이어의 디스크 안내장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스크 진입감재부재(70)는 덱크(90)상에 적절한 간격으로 배치되어 120㎜ 디스크(130)가 진입되었을 때는 제1엘이디(71)가 오프되고 제2엘이디(72)는 온되어져서 120㎜ 디스크(130)의 로딩완료 상태를 감지하고 80㎜ (140)가 진입되었을 때에는 제1엘이디(71) 및 제2엘이디(72)가 모두 온되어져서 80㎜ 디스크(140)의 진입을 감지하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카용 씨디플레이어의 디스크 안내장치.
