Abstract
본 발명은 트럭의 캡 래치 시스템(Cab Latech System)에 관한 것으로서, 특히 켑 틸팅(Cab Tilting)후 하향 시에는 록킹 장치에 의해 자동적으로 록킹(Locking)이 되며, 록킹 후에는 세프티 록(Safty Lock)에 의해 레버가 구속되어 더욱 안전한 록킹을 할 수 있도록 하는 트럭의 캡 래치 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 록 플레이트(11), 레버(12), 핑거(13) 및 도브 테일(14)로 구성되는 1차, 2차 록킹이 되는 래치 시스템, 좌·우의 래치 어셈블리가 동시에 록킹되고 해제되는 로드 시스템을 포함하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다. 상술한 바와 같은 본 발명의 효과는 록킹 해제시 1차 록과 2차 록으로 구분함으로써 사용자의 캡 틸팅 의사를 확인할 수 있고, 캡의 하향시 좌·우의 래치가 동시에 자동적으로 록킹이 되며 록킹후 세프티 레버로 구속함으로서 안전성을 확보할 수 있는 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
