Abstract

본 발명은 화물자동차의 전면부에 설치되는 캐빈의 전면기둥에 관한 것으로서, 차량의 전면부 충돌시 운전자의 안전성이 향상되도록 하기 위해, 내측판넬(11)과 외측판넬(12)이 폐단면으로 결합되고, 상기 내측판넬에 플로어판넬(30)이 연결되는 것에 있어서; 상기 내측 판넬과 외측판넬 사이에 외측판넬쪽으로 절곡되는 힌지보강판(13)의 양단부가 결합되고, 상기 내측판넬의 외부면과 플로어판 사이에 절곡된 크로멤버(14)가 폐단면으로 결되어, 힌지보강판(13)에 의해 전면기둥의 강성이 향상되고, 이러한 전면기둥과 플로어판넬(30) 사이에서 크로스멤버(14)가 결합력을 향상시켜, 전면부에 충격하중이 전달되는 경우, 차체 전면부가 캐빈의 실내쪽으로 침입되는 것을 효과적으로 억제하도록 하는 자동차 전면 기둥 하단부의 보강구조이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 내측판넬과 외측판넬이 폐단면으로 결합되고, 상기 내측판넬에 플로어판넬이 연결되는 것에 있어서; 상기 내측판넬과 외측판넬 사이에 외측판넬쪽으로 절곡되는 힌지보강판의 양단부가 결합되고, 상기 내측판넬의 외부면과 플로어판넬 사이에 절곡된 크로스멤버가 폐단면으로 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차 전면기둥 하단부의보강구조.
