Abstract

본 발명은 고온용 소성로를 통과하여 생성되는 제품 또는 고온의 간접열을 받는 제품에 부착될 수 있는 고온소성용 접착성 시이트에 관한 것으로 종래의 경우 라벨 시이트 등을 제품에 부착시키면 고온에서 대부분의 라벨 시이트들이 녹아 없어지거나 소각되어 버리기 때문에 고온로를 통과 후 자연냉각 상태나 강제냉각 시킨 후 부착할 수 밖에 없었던 바 본 발명의 경우 무기화학물 결정체 직조물의 보강제 위에 실리콘수지의 점액성 액체 화합물을 고르게 도포하여 상온에서 짧은 시간에 건조시켜 점착성 시이트에 압축시켜 이를 슬레이팅하여 얻어지는 시이트를 제공하여 유연성이 좋고, 인쇄상태 선명성, 고온로 통과 후 변색이 되지 않는 시이트를 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.

소성용 접착성 라벨시이트 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명에 있어서 제조과정을 나타내는 공정도로서, a)는 무기화합물 결정체로된 직소상의 보강제층(이하 "무기물 보강제" 라 한다.) b)는 금속산화물이 함유되어 있는 실리콘계수지를 혼합한 후 a)의 시이트 상에 일정한 두께로 도포한 상태 c)는 실리콘 후지 필름위에 점착제층을 얇고 고르게 도포한 상태 d)는 완성품을 나타낸다.

Claims (4)

  1. 무기물 보강제 위에 실리콘계 수지를 도포하여 시이트 도포층을 형성한 것(b)과 실리콘 후지필름(4)위에 그랏스 후릿트가 함유된 아크릴계 수지의 점착제층(3)을 도포한 것(c)을 상호 부착하여 이루어지는 것(d)을 특징으로 하는 소성용 라벨 시이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 그 실리콘수지가 20-80중량 %, 티탄산 칼률 보강제가 20 - 80중량%의 성분비를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소성용 라벨시이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 점착제가 그랏스 후릿트를 함유한 아크릴계의 점착층으로 이루어진 것을 특정으로 하는 소성용 라벨 시이트.
  4. 백색안료인 실리콘수지를 티탄산 칼륨보강제 직조물 위에 고르게 20-30μm의 두께로 도포한 후 건조하여 얻어진 소재와 통상의 30μm 정도의 실리콘 후지 필름위에 10-20μm의 두께로 점착제를 도포하고 건조시켜 얻어진 소재와 상호 부착하여 이루어진 소성용 라벨시이트의 제조 방법.
