본 발명은 연속 주조 주형 내의 용강 유속 측정 장치에 관한 것으로, 용강에 침지되어 유속에 의해 좌우로 흔들리는 침지판(1)과, 분진과 고열로부터 그 내부를 보호해 주며 그 하부면의 중앙부에는 이동 홈(9)이 형성된 상자(3)와, 상자(3)의 하부 양단에 유체의 흐름과 평행하게 설치된 레일(4)과, 레일(4)상에서 좌우로 이동하도록 롤러(5)가 장착된 구동축(10)과, 상자(3)의 상부에 설치된 프레임(13)에 고정된 한 쌍의 고정 핀(12)에 그 양단이 장착되어 회전할 수 있는 회전축(11)과, 침지판(1)을 구동축(10)에 매달리게 연결해 주고 그 끝이 회전축(11)에 연결된 침지판 고정축(2)과, 구동축(10)과 상자(3)의 전단부에 연결되어 침지판(1)이 유동하는 유체의 흐름에 의하여 움직일때 같이 움직이는 구동축(10)의 변위를 표시해 주는 변위 수단(7)과, 변위 수단(7)에 의해 측정된 변위를 유속으로 변환시켜 주는 데이터 처리 장치(28)로 구성된다.The present invention relates to a molten steel flow rate measuring device in a continuous casting mold, which is immersed in molten steel and shaken from side to side due to the flow rate, and protects its interior from dust and high heat, and a moving groove at the center of the lower surface thereof.
